"Quiet and Friendly, But Basic Food"
The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. I like how peaceful it is here. The food is just okay, nothing fancy. And the activities are mostly for older folks.

"Disappointing Tour and Lack of Memory Care at Amber Park"
Our family visited Amber Park in person. Unfortunately, they don't offer a memory care unit. This was our least favorite place because the tour guide didn't seem to know much. Also, we didn't notice a lot of interaction between the staff and the people living there.

"Great Assisted Living Facility with One Activity Issue"
This place is really nice and cozy. It feels like home and it's super clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The boss is awesome. The food is tasty with lots of choices. They clean the rooms every week and will tidy up in between if you ask. The only downside is that the activities aren't happening right now because the activities director left. But overall, it's a great place, and I'd recommend it to friends and family.

"Mixed Feelings About Amber Park Senior Living"
Amber Park Senior Living is a nice place to live. The people who run it now are very good and work hard to do things right. They always listen when we have problems and are quick to fix them. The food isn't the best, and right now they're going through changes since Sinceri Senior Living bought them. This has caused some problems. Overall, it's a nice community with really good staff.

"Mixed Review for Assisted Living Facilities"
These assisted living facilities cost about the same as others nearby, and you get what you pay for. The rooms are a good size, but the community layout could be more spacious. The food is good, but outdoor space is limited.

"Decent Facility with Room for Improvement"
This place is pretty clean and the building's about 11 years old. The person named [Name removed] was really friendly. The one-bedroom apartment had good space and nice sunlight from the windows. The closet was big, but not too deep. It's in a handy location close to Pickerington. Right now, they don't have any two-bedroom units available. They did offer options for making one of the one-bedroom units bigger. I might think about it for the future.

"Awful Assisted Living: Bossy Staff and No Encouragement for Independence"
This place is really bad. The workers are bossy and suppress the residents; they're never motivated to be independent, either mentally or personally. The vibe here is really limited and heavy. The higher-ups are really stuck-up and annoying.

"Persistent Unfulfilled Promises and Rapid Staff Turnover Fraying Patience"
These folks often make a bunch of promises they never fulfill. There's always a sorry and a reason why it fell through. The staff can't seem to stay put, they're always changing. There's no evidence that things will improve anytime soon. It's really trying my patience.

"Amber Park Assisted Living: Hidden Costs and Poor Service"
We didn't enjoy our time with Amber Park Assisted Living. They should've been clearer about their costs during the tour we had. The final leasing price was much higher than what they told me during the tour. I also felt like the care they offered didn't match up to how much they charge. The employees didn't seem well-trained or attentive enough. It was like we had to always remind them about their duties. My loved one had many falls during her stay, and I believe better trained employees could've prevented some of these incidents. I also felt I was being charged for services they weren't actually offering. For instance, I was paying for weekly laundry service when they never washed her clothes, leaving me to do it myself. There were too many problems here, and I wouldn't suggest others to consider this facility.

"Nice place but no rooms available now"
The place looked really nice from what I saw. The lady at the front desk was super helpful. I couldn't visit today because there's an illness going around. They don't have any rooms available right now, and I need one fast.
