"Neglect and Mismanagement: A Fail in Elderly Care"
This assisted living facility is a complete disappointment, one should consider any other option else. Bewilderingly, the staff regularly smoke cigarettes near the elderly residents. The facility is in a deplorable state, constantly unclean; my grandmother stayed in a pee-drenched mattress for over a week! A resident was allowed to endure a terrible sunburn due to neglect. Between personal calls and frequent cigarette breaks, my grandmother managed to wander onto a busy road. Unsettlingly, she was made to eat dinner alone, with food that was not only cold but low-quality, given the exorbitant fee charged for residency. The meals often resemble frozen pizza or canned food, and are paired with potato chips - a meal more suited for a young child. Strangely, they don't keep the lights on during daytime and activities are non-existent unless there are outsiders scheduled for a tour, only then do they put up a facade. Most of the time, residents just sit around while the staff is engrossed in their own TV shows. The onsite hair salon is laughably pathetic, they just put a garbage bag over the resident to catch the hair. Committing your beloved elderly to this facility would be an assault on their dignity. This place is wildly inefficient and should be closed down. It provides nothing more than a grim waiting room for the inevitable.

"Disappointing Tour of Small Assisted Living Facility"
I visited this place when searching for a home for my Mom. It's pretty tiny; I think there were only 17 bedrooms in total. We didn't feel good about our tour. The person who was supposed to meet us couldn't make it, so a relative of a resident already living there showed us around. They didn't know much about the place or the kind of care my Mom would need. But, the place itself was very clean. They only have one-room units for each resident, so it feels more like a studio apartment than a one-bedroom.
