"Disgusting Care and Disturbing Actions at Assisted Living Facility"
If you leave a family member here, like my dad, they might end up dying from poor care. Then, they'll shock your other loved ones by calling them from his room, like they did to my mom, three months later to ask for their payment. I can't express how distressing that was for her, it's just horrible. I'm sugarcoating it when I say that these people are despicable.

"Headline: Negligent Care and Disrespect at Briar Hill Nursing Home"
My dad was moved from the hospital to Skilled Nursing at Briar Hill, but they had no beds so he got stuck in an extra bed at the nursing home. The nurses there would make faces and mumble things about how much help he needed. His room was freezing cold, and even the employees admitted it. We told them about it four days ago, but even though a repair guy checked out his heater and said it was broken, they didn't bother to move him to a warmer room. I noticed blood and other gunk on his sock one day; when I asked the nurse about it, she said she hadn't even checked. Even though he has a brace that goes the length of his leg, no one thought to look at his foot? My dad wasn't getting quality care, just the bare minimum from the nursing home staff. My dad is 91-years old, not a trouble-maker. After everything he's been through lately, he deserves to be treated with dignity. I wish I could tell you more, but I've run out of space.

"Downhill Service and Subpar Food at Assisted Living Facility"
My buddy stays there and ever since the owner's kid took over, things have rapidly declined. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. The meals are below average and many services have been drastically reduced.
