"Assisted Living Facility Needs Improvement"
This place is not well-run and it's making things hard for residents and families. The staff is unprofessional and it's hard to believe what's happening. Many employees leave, which isn't good. I stayed here for 15 months hoping things would get better, but they didn't. The people in charge don't work enough and they keep losing staff, including the chef.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
They don't reply to my emails and communication isn't great. I wouldn't suggest this place. The food is okay, but they need to improve how they communicate. Overall, I'm unhappy.

"Distance Concerns at Brookdale Bath Assisted Living"
Brookdale Bath is nice, but the distance for visits is a concern. Overall, it’s a great facility.

"Mixed Impressions on Brookdale Bath"
I had a nice tour at Brookdale Bath. However, as a maintenance guy, I noticed it wasn't as well-maintained as another place I considered. It's also not very new.

"Dated Facilities with Friendly Staff"
I didn't really like this place much. The person showing us around was nice, but the building just seemed old and not updated.

"Brookdale Unsuitable for Bed-Bound Seniors; Unfair Pricing Practices"
My mother, who was bed-bound, spent some time at Brookdale and based on our experience, I feel this place isn't really right for seniors who are unable to move around. It seems better suited for active, mobile seniors. They weren't upfront with us about the costs, either. We noticed price hikes even when my mom didn't need any extra care, or even worse, they raised the price and didn't provide the extra care they said they would.

"Great Activities and Caring Staff at Reasonable Cost"
The food wasn't great, but they have lots of fun activities to keep you busy. The cost is fair. I would tell a friend to check it out. The staff is nice. My mom stayed in the memory care unit, and the room was a good size.

"Assisted Living Falls Short in Comfort and Consistency"
My Dad stayed at BB because we had no other choice for assisted living. At first, it seemed alright, but it wasn't. During winter, his room was always too hot, and they couldn't fix it. The staff were nice, but they weren't always good at taking care of him or knowing him well. The only good thing was that he could find peace and quiet there.

"Sad Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
It's really sad that assisted living places accept more sick patients but don't have enough staff to take care of them. My dad had to wait up to 45 minutes for someone to come to his room after he turned on the light. The caregivers were great, but they were too busy and couldn't handle all the patients. Having just one nurse for over 60 patients is just crazy. The management seemed clueless about what was really happening. I feel bad that my dad had to stay there.

"Dull Retirement Home Initiating Unwanted Renovations"
We visited yet another sad place. The place was really dim and lacked life. They even mentioned that they were about to start renovations. But honestly, who would want to live in a place undergoing construction?" Headline: .
