"“Friendly, Clean Assisted Living with Nutritious Meals”"
The staff is super friendly and knows everyone’s name. They’re nice to visitors too. The common areas are really clean, but the residents’ rooms could use a bit more care. I get updates whenever my brother, who lives at ‘Our Home,’ falls or gets hurt. Moving in was easy with Fox Run. The meals are healthy, and my brother loves breakfast. They even cut up his food because of his Parkinson’s. I recommend this place for anyone who doesn’t need nursing home care.

"**Mixed experience with staff; permanent staff friendly.**"
When my mom lived there, they had lots of floating or pool nurses. Most didn't know her needs, so she had to explain repeatedly. Communication between shifts wasn't good. The permanent staff, though, were kind and friendly.

"Assisted Living Facility Needs Improvement"
The common areas were being updated when my mom stayed there, which was nice. However, the food wasn't great, and the rooms needed updating. Even though they weren't terribly old, the carpeting was cheap and it showed. There was only one aide and one nurse for over 35 patients, so they were very understaffed. The aides didn't do much, not even collecting trash, which ended up being left in the hallways, smelling bad. I heard the place has been bought out again, and it looks like it's gotten worse from the outside over the last year.

"Needs Improvement in Assisted Living Facility"
Certainly! Here's the revised review in 8th-grade level American English: 1. Inconsistent Care: Sometimes the care isn't the same because different staff work here. They need to explain things to new staff when shifts change. Also, they give morning medicine in the afternoon and evening medicine close to midnight. 2. Poor Communication: The staff doesn't talk well with each other or with families. They should have a way for everyone to know who to call or email if they have questions. 3. Limited Menu: They don't have enough food choices. Sometimes they run out of things like bacon, grits, mushrooms, or spinach for omelets.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The place is friendly, but sometimes communication is a problem because they use another service for nurses and staff. I’ve been waiting for a refund for almost 3 months now. They even tried to charge me for care days after my loved one passed away, even though the room was cleared out the same day he died.

"Fox Run Assisted Living Needs Improvements"
Things that could get better at Fox Run: 1) Keep residents' rooms and bathrooms clean often. 2) Hold regular care meetings. 3) Stick to the shower schedule. 4) Need more staff, but I know it's tough everywhere.

"Top-Notch Care and Impressive Activities!"
This place is way better than where our loved one was before. Even though they’re dealing with staffing issues like everyone else, they’re doing a great job. They take excellent care of our loved one, and they have 24-hour care. The community is top-notch, and we’re really happy with them. Their activities, like bingo and balloon volleyball, are impressive, especially considering the COVID limitations. And the meals? Beyond 5 stars!

"Billing improved, good rooms and food, recommend it"
I had some billing issues at first, but they now have online billing, which has helped a lot. The room sizes are decent, and the food is good. I would recommend this community to others.

"Friendly Assisted Living with Discounts"
This place is big and friendly. The staff knows a lot. They don't take Medicaid, but prices are similar to other places. Lots of discounts!

"Great care, but costly meds and poor hospital experience"
The nurses and aides did a great job. They really seemed to work hard to help the patients and were very good at keeping me informed about any incidents. However, the medication was very expensive, and since it changed so often, I ended up with a big bill every time. I was also charged extra because my husband was combative. I wasn't happy that he was sent to Blue Ridge in Cincinnati, a behavior hospital. It didn’t seem like he ate while he was there.

"Long Waits, Inconsistent Quality Disappoints Families"
The kitchen at the assisted living place seems to be having trouble with getting enough help. My mom had to wait an hour and a half just to get her lunch. Sometimes the food is alright, but other times it's not so great. Mom isn't happy with the food here.

"Friendly Staff and Clean Community!"
We stayed at this community for a short break, and it was a good experience. Dad enjoyed his time here. The only small issue was that he had to eat in his room. The staff was friendly, but meals were slow if you didn’t go to the dining room. Overall, everything else was fine. We’d recommend it.
