"Friendly Assisted Living with Cozy Rooms"
Such a nice place! It’s clean, cozy, and has lots of activities. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The only downside is the smaller rooms.

"Downfall in Quality and Care at Once Excellent Facility"
At first, this facility was awesome with staff who truly cared. But, in the past three years, it's changed hands twice and each time, the service and quality drop a notch. Yes, the building looks stunning but the activities they offer are just not up to par. Instead of live instructors, they resort to videos for exercise and fun. Those big monthly activities like trips to the chocolate factory, casino, and museums, are no longer organized. It's now happening less and less that there's something fun going on in the evening. The nurses, who used to keep folks updated, stopped making those calls. Staffing has been slashed so much that it's practically a game of hide and seek to find someone since they're always busy. Services that were once free now come with a price tag - any interaction with a patient costs between $15 and $50. It’s heart-breaking, they're just thinking about money now; the firm is no longer focused on the well-being of their residents.
