"Mixed Experience, Friendly Staff"
I've had some problems, but we're fixing them. You need to remind them about regular care, but they're nice to deal with.

"Good Staff, Poor Communication, Location Convenient"
We chose this place because it's close and seemed nice. But after signing up, they don't tell us stuff well. Staff's good, place's clean, but they're not good at organizing messages or money. Might suggest it, but be careful. We had to pick it quickly for health reasons.

"Concerns over staffing and response time in assisted living facility."
It seems they might not have enough staff. When I visited recently, my loved one was sick and vomited on himself. He had to wait quite a while before someone cleaned him up.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living"
We chose this place because my loved one liked it. They’re doing fine there, but they do complain about the food quality and staff turnover. The community offers activities like cards, Wii bowling, and bingo. While my loved one is adjusting and happy overall, considering the cost, the food should be better.

"Watch Out for Cleanliness and Communication"
This place may not be what you expect. My loved one's room is dirty with an overflowing toilet and no sink stopper. This has been a problem for months. Management doesn't communicate well. Overall, I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt.

"**High staff turnover affects relationships and food quality.**"
The staff changes a lot, which makes it hard to connect. The food used to be good, but now it's worse. No encouragement for activities.

"Assisted Living Facility Needs Improvement"
My family member smoked and had to go outside. That's one reason they left. Make sure to get everything in writing. They react but don't plan ahead.

"Friendly Staff, Lots of Activities at This Assisted Living Facility"
The staff's friendliness and helpfulness were clear right away. Even though our loved one doesn’t join in on the activities, there are plenty available.

"Mixed Impressions at Assisted Living"
Our family visited in person, and while it was a decent community, the one we saw earlier stood out more. The dining room felt dreary, and we didn’t think it would suit our loved one.

"Not Very Active"
The assisted living community was pleasant, but not as lively. We chose another place for a more social atmosphere for our loved one. .

"Impressive New Facility with Spacious Rooms"
We visited Brookdale Mentor, a lovely, newer place. The setting impressed us, and the spacious rooms made it our second choice.
