"Assisted Living Facility: Mixed Experience, Ultimately Satisfactory"
At the beginning, things were a bit tough, but they improved over time. However, we think they hyped up the place too much. Now, we're mostly content with it. Still, my wife had to express her frustration a couple of times, even though she's usually very kind.

"Mixed Feelings About Brookdale Muirfield"
Our family visited Brookdale Muirfield in person. The tour was nice, but we felt it wasn't right for our loved one. At this place, we had to bring our own furniture, and it's a two-story building.

"Caring Staff, Positive Environment, Transportation Challenges"
The staff at Brookdale are really nice and easy to reach whenever we've needed them. At first, my mom didn't want to stay there, but now she actually likes it. She feels well taken care of and has made friends with some of the staff. One thing to note is that Brookdale doesn't have transportation for residents to get to appointments. They arrange for private transport, but it can be expensive. Since my mom uses a wheelchair and my brother lives close by, we were lucky to buy a van that's wheelchair accessible, so we take her to appointments ourselves.

"Friendly Staff and Welcoming Atmosphere"
We chose this place after visiting a few others. The environment and people I talked to really swayed my choice. I have only good things to say about the hard-working staff. I would definitely suggest it to anyone needing assisted living.

I got convinced by a salesperson, but later, I felt tricked. They showed the real deal only after I agreed.

"Brookdale Muirfield wasn't right for us. Separate charges, not all-inclusive."
We visited Brookdale Muirfield and it didn't seem right for what we wanted. They wanted to charge extra for different services. When we tried to figure out how much we'd pay each month, it was too confusing. We wanted a place that includes everything.

"Mixed Feelings About Noisy Assisted Living Community"
This place was pretty nice, but it was loud. Some things seemed fake, and they were making everyone get COVID shots.

"Unopened food and bugs found in facility."
We saw spiders and other creepy crawlies. They served the food at 4:30, but when we came to see our family member almost two hours after, the food was still there, uneaten, because our relative couldn't eat.

"Locked Doors Cause Delays"
This place worked well for my family member. The only issue was locked doors, which meant waiting for someone to open them. Having staff available would improve the experience. .

"Homey Assisted Living for Parkinson's Residents"
Nice place! There are other folks with Parkinson's, and they offer respite care. The facility has two floors, private rooms, and it's clean and bright.
