"Caring Staff During Pandemic"
Remember, my ratings are based on my loved one being there during the pandemic. Despite all the challenges at that time, the staff worked really hard to make us feel like family. It's not exactly the same, but I appreciated their effort. They always took time to talk to me. During her final days, they were there for both her and me, and you could see they truly cared.

"Too Expensive, But A Nice Community Overall"
Unfortunately, this community is getting too expensive for our budget. So, we'll need to explore other options for my father-in-law. However, it's a nice facility, and he enjoys being here. The staff is very kind during our visits, and they maintain good cleanliness. Despite the cost, it remains a nice community with friendly people.
