"Friendly staff and good meals make for a positive experience"
Things are going well. After a rough start, the staff is friendly, polite, and very helpful. Mom likes her room and enjoys the meals. I'm also working on getting her involved in activities.

"The care declined, costs rose."
I used to be happy with how they took care of my parent, but since the pandemic, things have changed. The place isn't as clean, there's less to do, and the cost keeps increasing.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
We were happy when my family member moved in three years ago. But lately, things haven't been going well. The services we pay extra for aren't happening as often as they should. It seems like management only tells us what they want us to hear. The nurses and receptionist are okay, but some other staff members disappoint me. On the bright side, they do offer quite a few activities.

"Lacks Warmth and Cheer: 3-Star Assisted Living Facility Review"
Our family visited the place in person, and the tour was okay. But it felt kind of sad, not cozy or inviting.

"Convenient Location with Some Staff Turnover and Food Quality Concerns"
My experience here has been mostly positive. It's easy to get to since it's close to the freeway, which is convenient. The nurses have been good, but the regular staff changes a lot. Because of this, the food options have decreased since my dad moved in, and the quality isn't as good as it used to be. Despite that, I would still suggest it to others who are searching for a place.

"Great virtual tour, not as good as in-person visit"
Our family had a virtual tour, and while it's not as great as visiting in person and really getting a sense of the place, we still felt they did a good job and it was a positive experience.

"Limited Medicaid Rooms; Friendly Staff, Second Choice Assisted Living"
The staff here is really friendly and nice. It was our second choice, though. They only have four rooms for Medicaid, and couldn't guarantee one for my dad.
