"Mixed feelings about the facility."
I enjoyed the community during my first visit. However, on my second visit, when I talked to the staff, I didn't think it would be the best place for my loved one.

"Assisted Living Review: Good Care, Some Staffing Concerns"
They take good care of my loved one, but there are times when they seem short-staffed. This causes delays when buzzing in and out of the building. Overall, the staff are caring, although there have been a few instances of being short-handed. They treat my loved one kindly and with compassion. During visits, her room and the hallways are consistently clean with no noticeable odors, indicating thorough cleaning by the crew.

"Urgent Care Needed After Facility’s Big Mistake"
They admitted they'd messed up. They had to call an ambulance after they checked my mom's blood pressure and it was at 233/115. I wouldn't recommend giving them care of your family.

"Disappointing Care, Don't Send Family Here"
They didn't give the care they promised. Don't put your family member in this place.

"Mother Thriving in Well-Maintained, Supportive Community"
Since my mother moved here, everything's been great. It took time to adjust, but now she's thriving. The community is nice, well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and supportive. We've had a positive experience here and would recommend it.

"Hills Over Flatlands!"
I wouldn't choose to live in Lancaster, even if you bet me! Maybe it's fine for flatlanders, but it's not my cup of tea. I prefer my hills.

"Quick Placement and Friendly Staff; Some Concerns Remain"
I had to find another place for my mom fast after another facility had to ask her to leave because they couldn't care for a dementia patient like they said they could. Carriage Court talked with me and we arranged a short stay in just a few days. The people I met were really nice and helpful. I didn't want a place that locks people in, but they suggested it, so I agreed since it was only for a month. If I had to say something bad, it would be they didn't have many things to do, some rooms smelled, and the apartments didn't have locks (but I get why). Overall it's okay and I appreciate how fast they got my mom in.
