"Cherry Blossom Assisted Living: Dirty and Stinky, Unfit for Living"
I visited Cherry Blossom Senior Living and it was terrible. The place was not clean at all and had smells of pee and poop. I wouldn't even let my dog stay here! I believe the health department should close it down.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
We're dealing with some problems. The place is really clean. Everyone who works there is great. There are some issues with the care services too, but overall, the quality is decent. I wish they could cater to gluten-free diets. The activities they offer are creative and diverse. We managed to negotiate a good price.

"Assisted Living Facility Needs Management Overhaul and Better Care"
My dad stayed at CB's memory care for 20 months. At first, it was clean and caring as we expected. But then, staff and admin changed too often and the place got dirtier. They promised personalized care, but it disappeared. The people who help the patients are overworked and don’t get paid enough. CB even has a donation box for staff at the front desk so they can feed their families. It makes you wonder where the 14% rent hikes are going. I'm thankful for a few patient aids and one nurse, and the food was consistently good. But the company that owns CB needs to fix how they manage things, pay their staff better, and think about the elderly people they serve. I can't say I recommend this place right now.

"Friendly Assisted Living with Veteran Residents 🏡"
Overall, things have been pretty good for my dad here. The main challenge is that they don’t have enough staff, but I guess that’s common everywhere. Sometimes it’s hard to communicate because of that. But they really try, and they care about the residents. I like that they have lots of Veterans living here. They do special activities for them and even give them a discount. The activities are great, with lots of variety, and my dad enjoys them. Meals can be tricky for him, but they do their best to meet his needs. Housekeeping is okay, although I often end up cleaning again after they’ve been here. Overall, it’s clean. The staff is nice and really trying their best. Having an advocate for my dad helps. I’d recommend this place to family and friends.

"Great community with helpful services and tasty food"
I really like this place. The only thing I wish is that the staff would reach out to the family more often about our loved one. They are a great community. Cherry Blossom helps with bathing, hygiene, and giving medicine to my loved one. They also do laundry, housekeeping, provide a room, and three meals a day for the monthly fee. There are lots of activities like exercises, music therapy, aroma therapy, nail polishing, games, karaoke, special holiday events, and more for the residents to enjoy. The food is very tasty.

"Friendly staff, overwhelming marketing, clean facility, few residents."
All the staff were friendly, but their marketing felt overwhelming. The facility was clean, but we rarely saw residents.

"Overall mixed experience."
I suggest checking out the community to see if it suits you. The food is really good, and if that's important to you, it's a thumbs up. For independent care, it's a good place. However, I wouldn't recommend the assisted living area they recently got a new director. Despite some good staff, the negatives outweigh the positives, possibly due to the current job climate.

"Assisted living place lacks caring, allows only window visits"
I can't endorse this place for others. They just don't seem to care that much about their residents. The only thing they did during the COVID lockdown was let us visit through windows.

"Cherry Blossom Tour with Some Preferences"
Our family visited Cherry Blossom for an in-person tour, but we still had to wear masks due to restrictions. Overall, it was a good tour, but our loved one preferred the size and apartment space of another community.

"Great place, but COVID restrictions affected her experience"
She was quarantined for the whole two weeks she was there because she was staying for a short-term respite during COVID. Her experience might have been different without these restrictions. The facility is beautiful, and I think she would have had a great time if it weren’t for COVID. It would have been helpful if the administrative staff had informed me that she wouldn’t be able to join in activities. The staff was very kind and helpful whenever we called to check on her. I would recommend this place to others looking for assisted living.

"Poor Care and Service at Memory Care Facility"
This is a review for the memory care unit. I want people to know that they seem more interested in making money than caring for residents. They'll say anything to make you happy. The director seemed smart and knowledgeable, but it didn't really help. They didn't allow residents to see doctors on weekends, so my dad couldn't get the care he needed. There were also times when they didn't change his bed sheets, leaving him on a bare bed. I had to complain about a staff member, and they ended up firing her after reviewing a video. I don't think I should've been the one to point that out. I wouldn't suggest this place to others.
