"Convenient and Medicaid-friendly community, recommended for others."
We chose this community because it's convenient and will accept Medicaid after two years. I think others would like it too.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"
The place is clean, but they're remodeling currently. We're still having issues with getting the right diet at meals. There aren't enough activities for memory care. Based on our experience, we might recommend this community to others.

"Inadequate Assistance and Communication at Assisted Living Facility"
I went to see my family member, but she needed help and I couldn't find anyone. The call button was ringing for hours. The nurses didn't seem to know much and were not very helpful. The building is run by agency staff who can't do much either. They really need to reevaluate things.

"Incompetent Staff and Subpar Services at Medina Assisted Living Facility"
After visiting this assisted living facility in the morning, I was deeply disappointed. The staff seemed clueless and unorganized. The nurse was notably tardy by two hours, which resulted in delayed medication for the residents. Despite my inquiries about whether the head nurse was informed of this disruption, the staff assured me that they had already contacted the Director of Nursing several times, but to no avail. The meals provided, for breakfast and lunch, were subpar. Surprisingly, I've seen superior services at the 2100 shelter building. The facility's location in Medina, a town known for its affluence, makes its inadequacy even more surprising. I've observed better living arrangements in less fortunate areas such as the notorious Kinsman area in Cleveland, Ohio. This place resembles a low-income housing project.

"Assisted Living Facility Provides Excellent Care and Engaging Activities"
I would recommend this place to other families. I like that they always answer my questions, whether they're about medical issues, general dementia concerns, or how my dad is doing. They also follow up promptly with any medical needs my father has. My dad seems like he's being well taken care of. Whenever I visit, I see staff members in both the assisted living and memory care areas, which wasn't the case at my mom's old place. I've dropped by during the day and seen residents participating in activities. They also have a nice room for physical therapy.
