"Assisted living: staffing and meal issues, clean apartments needing upkeep."
The front desk needs staff during work hours. Nurses unavailable. Meals declined. Clean apartments, but hallways need improvement.

"Unsatisfactory Food Quality at Assisted Living Facility"
The food from this assisted living place? Seriously? The folks here who are living independently and are getting assistance should be treated with the dignity and respect they've earned through their lives. I know Covid complicates things, but the low quality of food and the lack of attention to dietary needs here needs fixing. It's honestly shameful.

"Neglectful Staff Ignored Resident for Laughs and Conversation"
I saw workers chatting and laughing as a resident needed assistance to head to bed. That resident, waiting for about 90 minutes with no one to help her, was told twice that she needed to hang on because they were all tied up. Meanwhile, staff members are out there in the hallway, carefree and joyful as could be, just as you can see in the video and picture I have. No stars at all.

"Value for cost was great for respite care at facility."
The cost was great for respite care, very reasonable for us.

"Spacious Rooms and Bingo Fun!"
The rooms at Fairfield Pavilion are big, and our loved one had fun playing bingo. Unfortunately, activities stopped due to COVID. We’d recommend this community to family and friends.

"Great rooms, price, therapy, and food make this place a win"
The rooms for residents were larger than at other places. The price was better than many other facilities. Therapy access was good, and the food was tasty. The layout of the community was well-designed. Overall, it was a really positive experience.

"Spacious Living, Limited Kitchen, Friendly Staff"
This place has plenty of services you can use, but there's no full kitchen, just a small fridge, microwave, and sink. The rooms are bigger than in many other places. The staff was really nice too!

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"
Certainly! Here's the revised review: "[Removed] was really nice and knew everyone's names during our tour. It's a good choice for different care needs, but the lobby and common areas are a bit dark. Feels more like a hospital than a home. Not a fan of the Dixie location. Probably too big for Mom." And the headline:

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
She was really helpful and knew everyone's names during the tour. It's a good choice for different levels of care. However, the lobby and common areas are quite dark. It feels very big, almost like a hotel or hospital, and has more of a clinical vibe than a homey one. Also, I don't like its location on Dixie. Overall, it's probably too large for my mom.

"Mom Happy in Well-Kept Community"
My mom's doing okay at this place. It's clean. The people who work here are nice. They have fun things to do all day. Mom likes the food. I think they're taking good care of her.
