"Great Staff, Mixed Experience"
Staff is friendly, especially at the front desk. However, sales promises don't match reality, and documentation for loved ones isn't handled well. Lost clothes and items, and nursing staff accountability issues. Memory Care director is excellent, though.

"Mixed Experience: Clean Care, Hidden Fees Unmentioned"
In general, they were fine. There were unexpected charges not disclosed upfront. However, the facility was clean and provided excellent care for my father.

"Mixed Impressions: Cozy Expectations Not Met at Avalon of Lewis Center"
I wasn't very impressed with The Avalon of Lewis Center during our tour. The guide was excellent, but the facility felt too institutional and not cozy. I noticed crumbs on the ground and staff chatting instead of cleaning.

"Assisted Living Facility Needs More Staff and Warmer Food"
This place is pretty clean, and residents have their own spaces. But there's not enough staff, and sometimes it's hard to find them when there's a problem. The main dining room is on the first floor, but the food for the second-floor dining room gets cold by the time it's delivered. They offer activities like bingo, card games, movies, and more for residents to enjoy.

"Mixed Impressions on Assisted Living Tour"
Our family visited in person, and we'd been impressed during fundraisers. But the tour was disappointing—maybe due to COVID. The hallway carpets were dirty.
