"Lack of Proactive Communication"
At different times, I dealt with all the areas mentioned. Usually, they resolved issues or made plans. However, they lose a point for not communicating proactively about family or resident matters. In every area, I had to figure out who to contact.

"Memory Care Unit Lacks Communication Support, Assisted Living Decent But Needs More Activities"
The facility is generally nice, but the memory care unit lacks. Residents there are in poor condition and unable to communicate well. The staff in that area may not be the best fit. It could work for those in similar condition, but not for active, communicative loved ones. Our experience in assisted living was okay, but more activities would improve it.

This place sure looks nice, but don't let that fool you. The care they give is really bad. They don't have enough staff at all. I wouldn't suggest going here to anyone.

"Simple and Clean Living with Communication Lapses"
I really liked how easy it was to understand the costs here. The pricing system is straightforward and user-friendly. Based on this alone, I would recommend this community. The location worked well for us, too. The environment was clean, and they took good care of my loved one. However, the administration's communication needs improvement. They didn't call us back or return our messages promptly. It seemed like they only contacted us when they wanted us to sign up.

"Caring Staff, But Short on Help During Weekends"
The memory care staff was very dedicated and caring. The food was okay. There weren’t enough staff, especially on weekends. My mom only lived there for 30 days before she passed away. the staff was very helpful and helped us move mom’s stuff out. This was all during COVID-19, so it was different for everyone.
