"Nice facility with caring staff, could improve personal care oversight"
Heritage Crossing is a really nice and beautiful place. I would suggest it if someone needs a home for their loved one. The staff members are nice. However, I think that the CNAs don't always spend enough time ensuring that my loved one's teeth are brushed and they are bathed properly.

"Assisted Living Facility Faces Staff Turnover and Communication Issues"
A recent staff turnover has led to unfamiliarity with residents and inadequate care. Meals lack balance, and communication is poor.

"Aides Need Improvement at Assisted Living Facility"
The helpers need to be better - often late, call-offs not handled, care quality not great.

"Great place for loved ones!"
My family member lives at Heritage Crossing and it's been excellent for him. The moving in went smoothly. The staff is really nice and always friendly. The food is good. They communicate well with our family. The place is clean, they take good care of him, and there are lots of activities. It's a good value. I would suggest Heritage Crossing to anyone.

"Affordable Assisted Living with Memory Care"
We’ve had a good experience so far. We chose this place because it’s affordable, conveniently located, and has a memory care unit. I’d recommend it to others.

"Issues with Medication and Billing, Otherwise Bright and Pleasant Community"
We chose this community because it seemed bright and cheerful. It's really clean and the people are nice. Overall, it's a good place. We've had a few problems with keeping track of medications, and the new billing system has had some issues too.

"Decent Tour, Some Maintenance Concerns"
I had a nice tour at Heritage Crossing. But, as a maintenance guy, I noticed it wasn't as well-maintained as another place I considered. It's also not very new.

"Decent Facility, Food Not a Hit, Fun Activities Offered"
Heritage Crossing stands up pretty well compared to other local places. The folks working there are okay to talk to on the phone when I need help or have something on my mind. The person I care about isn’t happy with the meals there. But they do have some neat stuff to do like bingo, playing cards, going on little trips, and other things that keep everyone busy.
