"Terrible Service and Indifference at Assisted Living Facility"
The care here is awful unless your family member is fully capable of looking after themselves. Consider setting up a camera in their room, like we did, which might improve the situation somewhat. We constantly experienced broken promises. Neither the director nor the office team would ever return our calls. Their continual excuse for lack of proper care is always being short-staffed. Numerous times, we ended up cleaning our mom's room ourselves—emptying her trash, taking home dirty laundry, and so on. It was absolutely heartbreaking that after our mom died and we had cleared her room, the wellness Director, despite recognizing us from our numerous complaint meetings, offered no condolences or any sorrow for our mother's loss. She's fake. If anyone is considering entrusting their family member's care to this place, I'm happy to answer questions.

"Great Staff, But Care and Activities Need Improvement"
The staff members are really nice, but the care services can be hit or miss. We think it's because they don't communicate well with the families. They also need to have better activities. It's one of the most expensive places around.

"Friendly staff, Montessori approach, and views."
I recommend this place for loved ones. Friendly staff, Montessori approach, and dignity for residents. Phone system needs improvement due to staff shortage. Limited activities during the pandemic. Choir in assisted living and memory care. Rooms have large windows and views.

"Efficient and Caring Assisted Living, with Minor Accessibility Concerns"
They are very good. They listen to you and provide assistance. The only problem is it can be difficult to enter when there are fewer staff members. They keep the door locked, and you have to sign in. So, if no one is at the door, you might have to wait outside for a bit. But that's been the only problem.

"Great staff and food; limited visits due to covid restrictions"
The staff here have been great, and our loved one hasn't had any issues with the meals or dining service, so we think it's good. Because of covid rules, we haven't been able to join in group activities and can only visit our loved one in their room, which we totally get. This has limited our chance to experience the community and its facilities. However, we've seen pictures showing that activities are happening again and our loved one is taking part.

"Assisted Living: Independence with Care"
Assisted living communities help seniors stay independent while providing care. They offer services like bathing, meals, and medication management. If you or a loved one needs support, consider assisted living.

"Neglect and Poor Management at Assisted Living Facility"
I recently discovered that my relative went almost an entire month without having a shower! His bed is constantly unmade, and his room floor is never clean. The stench in his room is unbearable, which clearly shows that the staff don't seem to care or love their job. Even the Director doesn't show any care; I've tried reaching out through calls, but none gets returned. We even requested for a face-to-face meeting, which was arranged nearly two weeks after, but when we showed up, no one from the Landings was present, they were having their regular staff meeting.

"Friendly Staff and Quick Service at New Facility"
This place is pretty fresh, only been around for three years, so everything’s still shiny and works great. It’s always bright and makes you feel happy. They keep it super clean and everything’s taken care of. Whenever I’ve needed something fixed, the folks who handle repairs are on it like lightning. The people who work here are really nice, they’re always ready to lend a hand. My aunt’s getting out more, hanging with other folks living here. She’s got her own room and bathroom, which is awesome. And the food? My aunt digs it, hasn’t said a bad word about it.

"Nice Facility, but Not the Right Location for My Mom"
**Review:** I have no complaints about the tour of this place for my mom. The staff showed up on time and answered all our questions thoroughly. I liked the open layout and thought the facility was really nice. In the end, though, it just wasn’t the right location for my mom. **Headline:**

"No Respect for Privacy or Promised Changes at Facility"
My family had someone in their memory care section. The employees didn't follow HIPAA rules well. We told them to keep my family member's room locked at the rehab center and to not allow anyone else in. They didn't listen and let others enter. They promised to fix these issues and make changes, but it NEVER HAPPENED!

"Mom loves it here, staff is wonderful!"
Mom enjoys living here, and the staff is doing a great job. She has joined more activities than I expected, which is awesome. Mom mentioned she doesn’t like the pasta, but there are other options. We think this place is fantastic.
