"Assisted Living Facility Faces Staff Turnover, Affecting Consistency"
My stepmom moved into this place in June 2017, and since then, we've seen the staff change about four times. Not just the aides, but even the head nurses seem to come and go frequently. It's hard to rely on consistent care when you're constantly dealing with new faces. We find ourselves repeatedly asking new staff to make sure basic needs like room temperature, clothing changes, and activity are being taken care of. The facility itself is nice and new, and the staff means well, but the revolving door of employees is frustrating, and we've brought it up multiple times without seeing much change.
