"Limited Resident Interaction Cozy Option for Low-Key Parents"
This place isn't as sad as others I checked out, but I hardly see residents talking to each other. It's good if you want a small place for your parents who don't want a big one, but residents need to be willing to join in. They don't try very hard to get you to come to events here.

""Expensive and Disappointing Experience at Mulberry Gardens""
I put my dad in Mulberry Gardens and I paid a lot of cash. I didn't think they truly took care of my dad. When I was signing him up, everything seemed great. Things quickly changed afterwards.

"Nice place, but too big for our needs"
The place was nice, but it wasn’t the best fit for my loved one. He’s older and doesn’t join many activities, so the community felt too big for his needs. It’s not a bad place, just not right for him.

"Lackluster Care at Assisted Living Facility"
Thankfully, my loved one doesn't ask for much. It's easy to leave her in her room all day. Clothes stay unchanged for days. I doubt they keep records for minimum bathing or refusals. I've been doing laundry and cleaning up. They're often late for medical appointments and surgeries, despite reminders. No one noticed her loose partial or broken teeth during lockdown. Nursing and kitchen services are reliable.

"Virtual Tour with Friendly Staff"
We took a virtual tour of this community, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Although I'm not a fan of virtual tours, the community did their best to provide us with the necessary information and ensure our safety.

"Great care, fun activities, highly recommended"
They have been super helpful and really nice to our loved one. We have no complaints. She usually enjoys the meals, and they did a great job with the activities. During the first shutdown, residents stayed in their rooms, and the staff brought them activity sheets with word searches and coloring all the time. When they could, they started bingo with a few people spread out. Now, they do small craft events and live entertainment every once in a while, still being very careful. We would recommend them to anyone.
