"Place Lacks Activities, Serves Frozen Food, No Personal Attention"

I moved my mom or dad to a new place after staying here for a short time. This place just didn't cut it: barely any fun stuff to do, food was mostly just heated from frozen, and not enough attention given to each person.

"Unpleasant Odor and Safety Concerns at Assisted Living"

I visited this place. The whole area had a strong urine smell, even the room they showed us. The bathroom that everyone uses had the same smell. Nobody was wearing masks. I wouldn’t suggest going there.

"Mixed Impressions on Assisted Living Facility"

Our family visited the assisted living facility in person. Although they seemed to provide excellent care, the community itself didn't appeal to us. We quickly realized it might not be the right place for our loved one.

"Good Value and Caring Staff at Parkcliffe Assisted Living"

Most of the people we've worked with have been really nice. They seem like they truly care and try their best. They do good work even though it's tough. They call often, even for small things. They keep me updated, and I like that notice. I think their shared living idea is smart for residents with memory problems so they're not alone in their rooms. There are places we saw that cost a lot more, but I think you get a lot for your money at Parkcliffe. Other places that cost thousands more offered very similar things. It really is a great deal. Remember with memory care, unless you're rich, the fancy decorations are not as important as the care they're giving. Parkcliffe may not be super fancy - it's not brand new, but the extras are more for the family than the person in a memory care place. One thing I really like is how they balance giving a chance to visit your loved one as well as protect everyone's health during Covid. That's not easy.

"Great Staff, Helpful Guidance, and Excellent Care Advice"

[name removed] and the Staff are fantastic! [name removed] spent a lot of time talking with me and explaining everything. She also gave me important questions to ask about my Mom's care. Thanks a lot!

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Not Ideal for Wheelchair Accessibility"

The place seemed nice, but it had stairs. That wouldn't work for my aunt in a wheelchair. The staff was nice and helpful. Everything looked clean and well-maintained. But it didn't seem right for my aunt's needs.

"Unsuitable for Wheelchair-Dependent Aunt; Otherwise Pleasant Staff and Clean"

My aunt uses a wheelchair, so the stairs didn't work. Staff was nice. Place seemed clean but not right for her.

"Adjusting to New Assisted Living"

Our family member has been at the facility for just a month, and we're all still getting used to it.

"Perfect Care and Comfortable Home for Loved Ones at Parkcliffe"

My husband has been at Parkcliffe Alzheimer's Community for six weeks, and it's the perfect place for him. The staff is caring and always includes me in decisions about his care. The facility feels like a home with a kitchen, sitting areas, and private bedrooms. They accept each resident as they are and work to keep them safe and comfortable. The person in charge of admissions is thorough and helpful, answering any questions and ensuring the setting is right for each person. I feel very comfortable knowing my husband is in this excellent place.

"Limited Activities for Short Stay Resident"

He stayed there for just 12 days before breaking his leg. I can't say much about the care services or activities. They do have activities, but he couldn't join any.

"Limited Experience Due to Injury"

My grandpa stayed there for just 12 days before he broke his leg. I don't know much about how well they take care of people or what activities they have. They do have activities, but he couldn't join in any because of his injury.

"We found the perfect place!"

We recently moved my dad from another care facility and are totally amazed by the great care he is getting at Parkcliffe. The staff is AWESOME and they really care about their patients. It's all about the people, and you won't find a more dedicated team than the caregivers at Parkcliffe. We have been super happy from the registration process to the daily care my dad has been receiving. Thanks to the whole team at Parkcliffe, you are magical!

"Mixed Experience: Some Good Staff, But Medication Errors Are Concerning"

Our time at Parkcliffe had ups and downs. Some staff were great, but others seemed unsure. For instance, they gave my husband too much medicine once, which caused problems. Even after I asked to be called before giving medicine, they didn't. Medication mistakes are serious and need fixing.

"Happy with Mom's Care and Support at Parkcliffe"

Our family is really happy with Parkcliffe as Mom settles in. The staff is super helpful, and they keep us well informed. They've also been great with my Dad, brother, and me since this has been a big change for us. We feel comfortable when we visit Mom. I'm so glad A Place for Mom suggested this facility. It's a big relief to know Mom is getting good care in her new home.

"Mom's New Happy Place"

Park Cliff has been a blessing. My mom loves it here. The staff and the place are really special, and everyone shows so much care. The activities keep her busy and she enjoys everything they offer. A great find. - Tim Shew, son

"Potential Fit, But May Not Suit Mom"

The person in charge knows a lot and is kind. We looked at a house and an apartment. It could be really good for certain people. I’m just not certain if it’s right for Mom.
