"Understaffed Assisted Living with Decent Service"
There's always something for residents to do. The staff is really friendly and tries hard to provide great service. However, they're severely understaffed, which makes getting things done take a long time. The location was important for us, and the fact that they offer transportation to doctor appointments was necessary since my parents don't drive. Overall, I'd rate their service at about a 3.

"Caring Activity Leaders Shine at Parkside!"
Parkside’s activity leaders are amazing. They understand the residents and organize fun activities based on their interests and abilities. They even visit residents in their rooms to encourage participation. Truly caring!

"Great Staff and Convenient Location!"
My family member has only been there a few months, so I haven’t seen everything yet. But things are going well overall. The staff is friendly and quick to respond. The food is usually good and easy to get. The facility is in a convenient spot near stores and events for family outings. They’ve recently updated the furniture in the hallways, and they’re working on the carpet now. Once that’s done, I’d give it a 4 out of 5 for value.

"A Welcoming Place for Mom to Thrive"
Mom moved in after losing dad and dealing with health problems. At first, she was nervous, but now she has friends and enjoys lots of activities. The staff is nice and helpful. We're really happy with everything!

The care isn't good. Choose for independent living, not assisted. Large rooms, pretty building.

This place is okay. The staff was really helpful during the week, but on weekends, things weren't as good. They were responsive when I had questions about my loved one.

"Helpful Staff, Delicious Food, and Great Service at Assisted Living"
It is always ready to help with anything. He’s always there when you need him, and we could use more people like him. He’s really sincere! The maintenance team is also quick to help out. The food is really tasty, and the homemade BBQ sauce is amazing! Everything is seasoned just right, and the meatloaf is delicious.
