"Great staff, but some delays due to being short-staffed"
My family member lives at Sanctuary Grande. The staff is really good, but they don’t have enough people, so things might take a bit longer. Overall, it's a nice place

"Large Facility, Concerns with Response Time, Decent Tour Experience"
Our family visited this assisted living place in person, and the tour was okay. The main problem we had with this community, which made us decide against it, was its size. It felt a bit too big and overwhelming. We worried that if our loved one needed help, it might take a while for someone to come assist them.

"Decent Community, Not Ideal for Memory Care or Food Quality"
This community was decent for my family members. It’s a good place for people who don’t need memory care. My family isn’t too happy with the food here. The staff have been good at answering any questions or concerns we’ve had.

"Great Assisted Living with Friendly Staff and Plenty of Activities"
Our loved one is doing well at Sanctuary Grande. It's a lovely and clean place. She’s meeting new friends and enjoys socializing. The front desk staff are excellent. If she doesn't pick up her phone, I can call them, and they'll find her to pass on my message. They respond quickly to any questions or concerns I have. The facility has 24-hour nursing staff who keep in touch with me and call after each doctor's visit to update me. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. She lives in a nice apartment with a patio on the first floor. There’s also a patio outside the activity center. They offer a monthly calendar of activities and a daily schedule of events. I ate there once, and the food was good. They have a daily special, but if a resident doesn’t like it, they can choose from a menu. Residents can go to the dining room anytime between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. without needing a reservation, unlike some places. Sanctuary Grande is conveniently located within 3 miles of family members and has beautiful surroundings. I would definitely recommend this community to others.
