"Receptionists are nice, but broken promises and mixed food reviews"
I live at Seasons Courtyard right now. The receptionists are really nice. The sales person who got me to sign up made promises that didn’t come true, which was a letdown. The food is pretty good, but many of the other residents don’t like it. Overall, I would suggest Seasons Courtyard to others. It might be a great fit for some.

"Tour Wasn't What We Expected"
Our family took an in-person tour of the assisted living facility. The tour wasn't bad, but it wasn't what we had hoped for or expected.

"Staff Shines During COVID Dining Shutdown"
Our family member doesn't meet the sales team often, but the everyday staff is super friendly. When COVID forced dining services to close, they excelled at delivering meals to residents.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
This place works well for some folks, but not for everyone. Unfortunately, it hasn't been the right fit for my family member. We're making plans to move them elsewhere. During the pandemic, the response and the food quality were disappointing. They brought food to residents during quarantine, but it wasn't good. Residents got cardboard-like milk and meals they couldn't even recognize. It's been tough to deal with. Some things felt like they intruded on personal space and were just a hassle.

"“Assisted Living Nightmare”"
I’ve been to this place a few times. Just like the earlier review said, it needs a fresh coat of paint and cleaner carpets. But guess what? They haven’t done anything about it since 2017. The rooms in the assisted area are tiny, and there’s hardly any storage. When we talked to the nursing manager, we found out that they charge extra if your family member uses a walker—even though they didn’t provide or maintain one in the first place. Their list of services is super long, and the costs add up fast. Honestly, the prices are way too high to begin with, and they’d skyrocket if your loved one needed more help with everyday things like bathing and dressing. And don’t get me started on the staff—they introduce themselves left and right, which is totally unnecessary and not helpful. Oh, and one time, the hallway smelled awful like a “bathroom,” and there was trash on the floor.

"Mixed Feelings: Lovely Setting but Cost Concerns for Future"
It's a nice place. I'm worried about the cost and annual increases. Seems best for older folks. If I can afford it in 7 years, I'd choose it.

"Seasons: Promising Upgrades on the Horizon"
I checked out Seasons to find a home for someone I care about. The place seemed pretty good, though it looked a bit used. Right now, they’re busy making it look better, like painting the walls again and putting in fresh carpets. I believe these changes will make things nicer.

"Not Quite Right for Us, Maybe for Others"
I visited the place and it just wasn’t what we were looking for. It could be nice for someone else, though. It felt like we showed up at a busy time. Everyone was busy with dinner when we got there.

"Comfortable and Friendly Assisted Living with Room for Improvement"
This place is really comfortable and feels like home. It's clean and everyone is friendly. There are lots of things to do, and the cafe is cute. The price is fair, and the apartments are big and cozy. My only worry is that they don't check on people who live independently enough. But overall, I liked being part of this community.

"Praise for Seasons Courtyard: Clean, Friendly, Tasty; Medicaid Availability Lacking"
Mom enjoyed her time at Seasons Courtyard. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. The food was tasty. Unfortunately, they didn't have a Medicaid spot available, so we had to look elsewhere.

"Great move-in help, good food, but guest dinner prices increased."
The Seasons did everything possible to make the move easier. The staff is friendly and eager to help. The food is very good with a nice variety of dishes. The apartment is spacious, freshly painted, and has new carpet. Prices for guest dinners have increased, and the billing shows more than originally quoted. It would be helpful to post those prices on their TV station.

"Great care, confusing fees process"
I think my loved ones are getting excellent care here, and the place looks really nice. But getting them in was a hassle. The lady who helped me was friendly, but I had little time and felt taken advantage of. They wouldn't give me any prices until I shared my budget, and then their price was a bit higher. I also paid a $5,100 fee, which I thought was for the first month's rent, but it was actually a non-refundable, community fee. They need to explain their fees better and have a price sheet for new residents.
