"Understaffed Assisted Living"
I wouldn’t suggest this place. They don’t have enough staff. The activities mostly involve sitting in front of a TV for hours. My dad had never fallen before, but during his 6 weeks there, he fell multiple times—it was like a joke. The only positive was Daycity Hospice. If I had to decide again, I’d avoid this place. It looks nice, but it’s not clean, organized, or properly staffed. And the woman who kept calling us to sign him in? We never heard from her again.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
If your loved one is mobile and can do things on their own, I would recommend this place. If they need more care or aren't mobile, I wouldn't recommend it. The staff is good about communication when you bring up an issue. The facility is pretty clean, and they have housekeeping and laundry services. However, they just shove everything in the closet and don't hang anything up. This isn't great if your loved one isn't mobile and can't do that themselves. My biggest concern is that they have forgotten to give my loved one their meals quite a few times.

"Potential There, But Disappointing Experience"
The place doesn’t have enough staff, which really brings down the care they can give. I’ve been told the food is pretty bad, and sometimes it’s even still icy when they give it out. Plus, folks have to wait a long time to eat. I’m not sure I’d tell people to go there. At first, it looked awesome, like it was going to be just what we needed, and they even had furniture for us, which was cool. The people who showed us around were super nice, but overall, it’s been a letdown. They could be good, but they’re just not there yet.

"Mixed Feelings About Spring Hills"
We enjoy the friendly atmosphere and Spring Hills’ pleasant appearance. However, care services have been inconsistent, and our loved one’s independence hasn’t improved.

"Assisted Living Caution: Staffing Shortages Affect Care Quality"
Be careful when choosing this community. They may promise more than they deliver. Our family member got hurt shortly after moving in, suggesting there might not be enough staff to keep everyone safe and well cared for. The workers seemed stretched thin, and as a result, our loved one spent more time in the hospital than at the community.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Community"
We paid a lot but didn't receive enough. The community was understaffed. Right now, I wouldn't recommend it due to staff issues. Still, the place is beautiful, and the food isn't bad.

I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. The staff isn't well supervised.
