I enjoyed Sunrise, especially the dog. The halls felt dark and cramped, and rooms seemed small. The cost was significant!

"Mixed Feelings on Medication Management at Sunrise of Cuyahoga Falls"
I pay a lot each day for my loved one's care. They give her 4 Tylenol a day, which I don't like. Tylenol isn't very healthy, so I wish they'd give less. It used to cost less when she first came. If they could give it at bedtime, that'd be better. I can't visit multiple times a day, but it's a lot of money. Seems like someone might be taking advantage. They're nice and take good care of her. Sometimes she sleeps a lot, but they let her be. Other places charge a flat rate, but these folks were so nice when we visited. The people here are great. She eats when she wants, but they try to get her downstairs daily. If she doesn't come down, they bring her meals up. Overall, they take good care of them and respect their choices. I have only good things to say about the community, except for the medication part. They should include that in the extra care costs. My loved one needs a lot of help, and I don't want her to move. She's familiar with the people there and even gets excited to see some. They do her laundry well, too.

Our family visited in person, and the tour was okay. However, due to the strong urine smell in the hallways, we won't return.

I'd recommend being hands-on to ensure everything's okay. During COVID, my mom stayed here, and they followed good protocols. The facility was lovely, staff friendly. Better value than others nearby. Overall, a nice place.

We took a virtual tour of this community, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Even though I'm not a fan of virtual tours, the community did their best to provide us with the necessary information and show us around safely.

"Great Place with Friendly Staff and Convenient Location"
We really like Sunrise community. The staff are super friendly and always keep us informed. We chose it mainly because of the price and how close it is to our family just a short drive or a 10-minute walk away in a nice neighborhood. The apartment our loved one has is fantastic, and the staff treat him and everyone else very well. Our experience overall has been wonderful. Our only problem is still with the covid rules. Everyone who works there and all the residents are vaccinated, so we don't understand why there are still restrictions.

"Comfortable Victorian-style home with friendly pets and bistro perks."
It was really thorough. It was cool they had a dog, cat, and birds. The bistro area was nice too. The place feels like a Victorian mansion, which makes it feel cozy and comfy.

The assisted living facility was really nice and friendly. The rooms were a good size and felt cozy like home. The people who work there were very welcoming, and we had a really good time overall. They even had a dog that they adopted, and it came to say hello to us.
