"Disappointing Experience at Sunrise of Dublin Memory Care"
My mom went to Sunrise of Dublin's memory care when the old director was there. It seemed good with a nice staff. But when new leadership came, lots of staff left within a year. In memory care, this turnover is confusing and worrying. There's almost no activities. I'm not sure if there's anyone in charge of planning for residents now. The man who plays the piano is great! But mostly they just watch TV. There could be things happening when I'm not there, but the pictures of residents smiling are gone so I wouldn't know. The biggest problem is the lack of communication. They hardly tell us anything about my mom's needs. If I happen to talk to a caregiver, I might find out she needs specific items like a special type of clothing or an adult sippy cup. It feels like no one is managing things. The staff doesn't talk to each other. My mom fell and broke her arm, but she's not wearing the sling she needs. When I asked, they weren't sure if she should wear it all the time.

"Mixed Feelings on Protocols at Sunrise of Dublin"
Sunrise of Dublin feels like home, not institutional. However, we're weary of masking and testing protocols.

"Limited visits, large facility; not statewide COVID restriction."
This place was too big for my family member. COVID restrictions limited visits to only two hours a week. I needed more visits.

"Incompetent Staff and Terrible Services at Assisted Living Facility"
We were shocked by the poor quality and regret choosing this assisted living facility. We'd definitely advise against it. Their laundry service was a disaster. They wrecked our loved one's new clothes in less than a month. I also noticed they couldn't handle their memory care patients well. They freely roamed around and went into other rooms, causing disorder and damage.

"Smaller, Intimate Assisted Living with Superb Staff and Activities"
The staff here is really great, and the place is nice. It's smaller and feels cozy, with lots of things to do in a well-maintained setting.

"No 2-Bedroom Apartments Available"
This place is nice, but my in-laws need a 2-bedroom apartment, and they don’t have any here.
