"Disappointing Senior Living Facility with Complacent Staff and Unresolved Issues"
Tapestry Wickliffe Senior Living doesn't fulfill its care promises. Memory care residents lack attention from complacent staff and an unhelpful director. Despite a beautiful design, seniors aren't well taken care of. Lazy and unpleasant staff, dirty private rooms, and stolen personal belongings make this place unacceptable for anyone with high expectations.

"Caring Staff and Hospice Support Bring Comfort to Residents"
The staff at the facility truly cared for my mom. She passed away there in October, and everyone was very kind. The hospice they arranged for us was excellent. Most of the staff were incredibly caring and provided good care for her. They took the time to know her well and mourned her loss. Everything else seemed less important compared to their care.

"Friendly Assisted Living with Room for Improvement"
Some staff are grumpy, which upsets her because she can’t do everything herself. Others are nice. They need more activities, but overall, it’s a pleasant place. Our family’s experience is mostly positive, although meals could be better. We’re happy, especially since the facility is nearby.

"Affordable, friendly assisted living."
Great value for the price. I'd recommend it unless you need hospice care. I chose this place due to the affordable cost and friendly admission staff.

"Negligent care and lack of activities at Tapestry."
My mom was harmed by a worker at Tapestry. We had to call the police and everything. No one told us about the incident and they didn't send my mom to the hospital till 3 hours later. Staff there come and go a lot. There's absolutely no fun activities planned in the memory care section. All they do is watch TV or maybe color in a book. Any fun stuff that happens is only in the assisted living section, not in the secured memory care unit.

"Mixed Experience with Assisted Living; Staff Stand Out, Room for Improvement"
This facility is nice. Staff are friendly, especially at the front desk. They're exceptional. I appreciate their efforts. More involvement would benefit my loved one. Communication with family is good. During a recent hospital stay, staff cooperated well. Housekeeping is weekly but lacks thoroughness. Shower schedule needs consistency. Help with showers is sometimes hard to find. Food quality and variety could improve. Overall, recommended for family and friends.

"Good tour, but not the right fit for independence needed"
The community was fine, but it didn't match what my loved one needed for independence and assistance. The tour was good, though.

"Disappointing Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
We chose this place for my Mom because it looked nice and smelled good, and they accept Medicaid waivers. Sadly, she passed away in the first month. Most of the staff, especially those in charge, were not good at their jobs. There's more to say, but I'm limited here. Contact me for details.

"Great Value and Communication at Tapestry Senior Living"
We picked Tapestry Senior Living because it's easier for me to visit. Also, their prices were the best among the places we checked out. They've done a great job keeping us updated since we can't go inside. I'd suggest them to other families who are looking.

"Terrible Experience At Assisted Living Facility, Beware!"
Be super careful with this place. Check it out thoroughly! The management is not honest, and they push things too hard. They don't accurately represent what they can do and what the place is really like. The part for regular assisted living is alright, but the part for memory care is horrible. Consider setting up a hidden camera. We did, and we recorded some awful stuff. When I shared my experience on Facebook, they took away the option to leave any reviews. They even got in touch with me and said they would forget the money they say I owe them (I don’t owe them a penny) if I would delete my negative review. Classic, they'd basically pay me just to remove my complaint. If anyone wants more details, feel free to contact me at There's more to tell, I just didn't write it all here. We plan to file an official complaint with the state of Ohio. Nobody should have to deal with this when they're just trying to find care for a loved one.

"Lovely Assisted Living with Great Staff"
If you're looking for a studio apartment, this place is delightful. However, the single bedroom apartment is basically two studios combined, complete with two bathrooms. The closets, except in the memory care unit, are tall, and the heating and air conditioning still come from through-the-wall units (since it used to be a hotel). Overall, it's a beautiful place with wonderful staff.
