"Great nurse, but changes and retirement led us to move on"
Our family visited Taylor Place and found out they were in the middle of being bought by another company to start accepting Medicaid. The nurse there, who was really great, mentioned she was about to retire. So, we decided to look elsewhere.

"Caring Staff and Clean Environment"
The staff is friendly, caring, and professional. It'd be better with more employees on duty. Communication is good, and everything looks clean.

"Care Facility Needs Improvement, Focuses on Profit Over Patients"
This place doesn't have enough workers and I don't think the people who work there know what they're doing. They didn't tell me the truth. They agreed to take care of my mom, but they probably shouldn't have. They did it just for the money, even though they couldn't really look after her. They seem to care more about getting paid than making sure the people they take care of are okay. If someone can do a lot by themselves, it might be okay. But if they need a lot of help, especially because of memory problems, then this isn't the right place for them.
