"Mixed Experience at The Fountains Assisted Living"
The care at The Fountains was good for what my loved one needed. I would suggest it to others for their loved ones. They had one fixed price every month, which we appreciated. However, there were times when the meat was tough and difficult to cut with a knife, and occasionally too spicy for my loved one. Shortly after moving in, the community went into lockdown due to the pandemic.

"Great care, friendly staff; more for assisted living, not memory care"
We picked The Fountains Assisted Living because it was nearby, so I could visit my parents often. When we toured the place, it was clean and neat, and it felt like a home. The rooms were quite spacious for the price, so I felt like I got a good deal. I didn’t stay for dinner, but everything looked and smelled good, and my parents never complained. The best thing about the community is that the staff were very friendly and took great care of the residents, making it feel very homey. I want others to know that this facility is more for assisted living rather than memory care. I had to provide extra care for my mother's dementia. The director helped us find a place that focuses more on memory care.

"Mixed Experience: Spacious Apartments, Welcoming Community, Some Staff Issues"
The rooms are big and kept tidy, and the place feels cozy and inviting. The people at the front desk and in charge are great, and lots of the workers are super nice, gentle, caring, and pay close attention. But, there are a few folks in important roles who can be a bit short and impolite, maybe because there aren't enough staff. Overall, it's alright.

"A Mixed Experience at This Assisted Living Facility"
When we visited this place, it seemed pretty alright. The staff were friendly, but the building seemed old. We were worried because they separate residents by Alzheimer's stage, so Mom would have to switch rooms a lot.

"A Homey and Welcoming Assisted Living Facility"
The Fountains is a great “New Home”! It feels like you’re sitting in a friend’s living room. The apartments are big and very clean. The staff really gets to know each resident and meets their needs and wants. Susan, the Activity Director, is amazing and plans fun activities for everyone. She also takes suggestions for new activities. The day trips are a big hit! They can fix or hang anything and loves to listen to stories. He can also hold your hand! If you or a loved one needs some help, The Fountains is the BEST place.

"Supervision Concerns at Kindred Assisted Living Highlighted by Reviewer"
At Kindred Assisted Living the Fountain, my husband had a difficult moment wandering into restricted areas. Staff supervision could have been better. Overall, our experience was okay, but this incident could have been avoided.

"Disappointing Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The place looked old and not very welcoming. They seemed like they didn't want my relative to use her wheelchair, which makes me think it's not good for people who need one. When we visited during lunch, they didn't offer us any food to try. They kept talking about moving my relative to a place in Solon for Alzheimer's patients, even though they didn't take the time to meet her or see if she needed that kind of care.
