"Mixed Experience: Clean Unit, Staff Shortage"
My mom stays in the Special Care Memory Care at The Inn at Bear Trail. I'm not familiar with the other parts of the facility. The Memory Care unit is tidy, and the staff is friendly, but sometimes they're short-staffed. I wonder if that's common in today's economy. Unfortunately, they don't do much in my mom's area because most residents are on hospice.

"Assisted Living Review: Pleasant Environment, Limited Staff Interaction"
This community looks nice. Staff rarely interact with my loved one during visits, focusing more on non-ambulatory residents. I wish there was more information about my loved one's care. Meals are served three times a day with choices. Staff communicate well and promptly answer our questions. However, we rarely see activities during visits; residents are often asleep in the common area while staff do paperwork in a corner.

"Great place with a few minor issues, good food options"
We really like it and think you should check it out for your loved ones. There have been a few issues with medication, but they’re working on it. Most people can find something they like on the menu.

"Beautiful mountain lodge-style assisted living with some communication issues."
We chose The Inn at Bear Trail because it's a newer, beautiful place. It looks like a mountain lodge, and my dad really liked that kind of feel. The location worked well for our family. His room was a decent size, and they kept it pretty clean. The staff could have been better at communicating, but I understand they have a lot to do. Overall, I'd suggest it to others who are looking.

"Clean and Reputable, but Memory Care Needs Improvement"
We picked The Inn at Bear Trail due to its good reputation. It’s a new building, which we liked because it’s clean. They could enhance the selection and quality in the Memory Care area.

"Better Fit for Loved One"
When we toured this community, I really liked it. The place was clean, and the staff we met were friendly and helpful. They also have daily activities. However, we ultimately chose a different community that better suited my loved one’s needs.
