"Mixed Impressions: Alzheimer's Unit Concerns at Assisted Living Facility"
I was impressed with this facility overall, but I had a few concerns about their lock-down Alzheimer's unit.

"Terrible Care and Living Conditions at Assisted Living Facility"
My mom was stuck for three months in their only available room, the lockdown unit. She watched as others got rooms she'd have happily moved into. Her room wasn't vacuumed even once in those months. Her room also had ants. The quality of care was messy. There was a near miss incident due to an "accidental fall," but nobody contacted an emergency team. The food served was appalling. They were giving a diabetic lots of carbs and sugar all day, but no fresh fruits, veggies, salad, or milk. They seem to "park" residents, ignoring their needs. I saw so much during my daily visits. I urge you not to put a loved one in their so-called 'care'. I wanted to rate it zero, but the site required at least a 0.5 star. It's not even worth that. Please, don't entrust your loved ones to them.

"Good place, but needs better resident care effort"
They weren't very understanding of her adjustment time. This is a good place, but I feel like they pushed us to where they wanted us to be. They let her refuse her bathing more than I would like. I wish they tried harder to get her to do what needs to be done, without forcing her but not letting her off the hook so easily. They have different activities, but I'm not sure she joins in a lot. They have one of the best reputations in our area. The community is very clean and beautiful.

A Place For Mom Customer
"The facility lacks a homely feel and has limited activities."
I thought the inside looked nice, but it felt more like a hotel than a home. I'm concerned about the food quality and choices they seem below average. The rooms and kitchens are small considering the fees. There aren't many activities available, and I didn't see many residents. I wonder if they're all in their rooms for some reason. The beautiful courtyards were empty.
