"Underwhelming Care at Assisted Living Facility Despite Promising Appearance"
We're disappointed once more. As my niece went to fetch her mother for her mom's 90th birthday celebration, she found her unprepared. It took a two-hour drive, only to reach my place where she had to bathe her because she had a clear appearance of neglect. Her hair was unwashed and she emitted a noticeable body odor. Her clothes were just crammed into a plastic bag, and some didn't even belong to her. Her underwear seemed as though it had been worn for an entire week. The outward appearance of this facility may be appealing, but the quality of care provided is absolute rubbish, to put it quite literally. After an overnight stay, as we returned her to her room, we found toothpaste splattered all over the sink and an unclean toilet.

"Space lacks enough staff, caught up in constant turnover"
This place doesn't have enough workers. Plus, they quit all the time. My dad didn't even make it 3 months at Summit before he died. He fell down way too many times for our comfort. He was in the section for people with memory problems. We got the vibe that the workers (doctors and office ones) focused more on the folks in assisted living.

"Mixed Experience: Beautiful Facility, Poor Communication, More Retirement Community than Assisted Living"
The place looks nice and staff are friendly at first. But, our experience wasn't pleasant. It seems they're more for retirees than those needing assistance. We were let down as it didn't work out. Communication was bad. It's a pity because the price was fair and the place is great. If you're patient, self-sufficient, and okay with slow communication, this might suit you.
