"Positive Experience with Eden Vista of Stow Assisted Living"
Eden Vista of Stow is a nice place for my mom. The staff members are really nice. I'm thankful for their help - they could organize more activities. Overall, based on our experience, we would definitely tell others about this community.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Socializing and Meals"
We had to move our family member after almost a year. The place got new owners and managers. There weren't many people there, so not much socializing happened. The person at the front desk was always nice and helpful. But our family member didn't like the dinners. They weren't filling and lacked fresh fruits and veggies.

"Nice community, but not the right fit"
The community was nice, but it wasn’t the best fit for my loved one. He’s older and doesn’t join many activities, so the community felt a bit too big for his needs. It wasn’t a bad place, just not the right one for him.

"[Cozy Studio in Friendly Assisted Living with Great Location]]"
The studio apartment feels snug like a walk-in closet. The staff and residents appear friendly, and the location is pleasant.

"Poorly Managed Assisted Living Facility"
Moved my dad in and had to pay the whole month's rent. I didn’t know about the $1500 nonrefundable fee. The staff, who are nursing assistants, don't seem trained for Alzheimer’s/dementia residents. It took over 2 weeks before he got a shower. They never offer fluids, not even a plastic cup of water in his room or with meals. It took 9 weeks before a care plan was posted in his room. He's never shaved daily; they just hand him an electric razor and show him what to do. My dad is high functioning, but the care is disappointing. The staff is friendly but there's no follow-up, even with billing.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"
I think this facility is just okay. When we visited, it seemed like they weren't prepared for us. Our tour guide was young and enthusiastic, but even the showcase room looked old and unattractive. The residents didn't seem engaged either. Although the pricing is $1,000/month less than others, I'm not comfortable having my mother live there.
