"Trustworthy Transport for Loved Ones!"
Staff is super friendly. My parents heard about the new chef, who’s supposed to be great. The independent living cottages are nice, though the door entrances could be a bit bigger for wheelchairs. We hope they stick to the bi-weekly cleaning promised in the contract. ” Feel free to let me know if there’s anything else I can assist you with!

"Nice room and homey feel but some issues with services"
He has a nice room that feels like a small apartment instead of a nursing home. I really like the dining area and the holiday decorations; it feels homey. However, I don't like being pushed to use their own doctor or pharmacy. Sometimes the food is hard to recognize, and since he is going blind, he can be messy, so his room is often quite dirty.

"Warm and Convenient Assisted Living"
They make you feel welcome, and we chose it because of the convenient location. I'd recommend it to others.

"Mixed Experience at Madison Senior Living"
I don't think Madison Senior Living is a good choice. My dad had a tough time there. They don't have enough staff. You might have to help take care of your family member yourself. Keep an eye on the nurses. They gave my dad two medicines, but they didn't tell me. Also, they're supposed to wash clothes for you, but they didn't do it every day like they should. It just wasn't the right place for us. Plus, my dad got COVID there, and they didn't tell me until I visited the next day. They did three tests, but I only saw one. They left one out where everyone could see it, which might break the law. After that, I took my dad out of there. They never cut up his food for him, even though he needed help because he hurt his pelvis.

"Improved Care and Cleanliness at The Madison"
It’s mostly good at The Madison. They’re sometimes short-staffed, which worries me. But overall, it’s a decent place. Compared to where my loved one was before, this is a big improvement. They keep me informed and the staff is nice. No major problems. I’m impressed with how clean it is.

"Great transition and family feel at Madison House!"
Madison House did a fantastic job moving my sister from another place to theirs. They work hard to make everyone feel like part of the family. I strongly recommend Madison House for any assisted living needs.

"Brutal Review of Madison Senior Center: Unprofessional Care & Poor Service"
In the one year that my mom stayed at the Madison Senior Community, we faced a ton of issues. It was like the staff and managers didn't even know how to do their jobs. Suddenly we'd find out she'd been given the wrong medicines, twice! Then there was that one time when she had to undergo surgery, and no one - the staff, us, or even the facility - was informed about it! Getting accurate information from her doctors and the in-house nurses was pure luck. Her cleanliness took a nosedive within the year. They'd put her in clothes that were too small or dirty, or she wouldn't even be dressed! They'd be dressing her in her PJs all day. Her clothes would get mixed up or go missing. Her room was always in chaos. We had to do her laundry and clean whenever we visited. We'd complain about these things to the management, but it had to be done three or four times before anything was done, if anything was done at all! Considering how much money we had to pay for her to stay there, the quality of care was disappointing.
