"Mixed Experience at Renaissance Assisted Living Facility"
I heard this place was great, but my mom stayed here after pneumonia. I wonder if she was really ready to leave. Also, the place needs cleaning and fixing badly. Whenever I asked about my mom, I felt like I was bothering the staff. Some aides were nice, but many seemed unhappy. Maybe it's COVID stress, but I wouldn't choose Renaissance again if I had to.

"Decent assisted living with potential for improvement post-COVID."
This place is pretty good overall. Once things go back to normal, it’ll be even better. They’re handling COVID well. The apartments are spacious, and the food is okay, though it used to be tastier before COVID. I’d say it’s worth considering for others.

"Renaissance's Care Home - Poor Treatment and Unsafe"
Our Dad got really bad care at The Renaissance's care home. He kept falling and got a serious bed sore that made his last weeks pretty tough. I wouldn't suggest The Renaissance if you're searching for a safe, loving place for your older relative.

"Avoid The Renaissance - Poor Staffing, Lack of Training and Neglect"
We seriously advise against choosing The Renaissance's nursing facility for your loved ones. The staff is spread too thin for the number of patients, and they really aren't trained in using specialized equipment needed for many residents. Our Dad was unfortunate to suffer four falls, banging his head each time. On top of that, he even got a severe bed sore because he was left sitting in his own urine for extended periods.

"Heartbreak Over Dad’s Neglect in Assisted Living Facility"
“It's just so heartbreaking losing someone you love due to bad healthcare. After my dad had his hip surgery, the staff at this assisted living facility didn't take good care of him. He was sent in an ambulance a couple days after we brought him because they didn't catch his severe UTI in time. We lost him three weeks later. I reported them to the state, and when they sent inspectors, they found nothing wrongful that day. What about the days when my dad was being neglected? I deeply regret choosing this place for dad and I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. Even though they passed one inspection, I believe they didn't do enough when my dad needed them most.”

"Beautiful place, pricey skilled nursing"
The grounds are beautiful, and the staff is caring. But the skilled nursing is very expensive!
