"Food quality declined post-COVID outbreaks; hoping for improvement soon."
The meals were really good when I first moved in, but they haven't been as good lately. I think the two times COVID-19 hit here might have affected everything. I hope the food gets better soon.

"Nursing Care Improving Despite Staff Changes"
My parent has lived here for 4 years. We've seen many changes in the top bosses which is annoying. But the nurses now are really nice and the care has improved. They always respond quickly when I call and keep me updated on my parent.

"Good facility, minor meal timing issue."
This place is great, but meal hours need adjusting. Breakfast is too early. Staff-family communication is good.

"Caring, close-knit community with friendly staff and residents"
The staff and residents really feel like a close-knit community. They care for each other, talk with one another, and seem to truly care for each other. Sincerely, Fred Heinz. Wishing peace and joy to everyone.

"Spacious, easy-to-navigate layout with great amenities."
The thing that impressed me most about this community was how easy it was to get around the building. There are lots of wide hallways, big entryways, and spacious common areas. They have a great dining room and many awesome amenities for all the residents. Overall, it was a great place, but it just wasn't the right fit for my mother.

"Great tour, friendly staff, but not the best fit"
I had a good visit to The Waterford at Levis Commons. Everyone there was super friendly, and the tour guide knew a lot. The place was really clean and well-organized. I’d recommend it to anyone who’s looking, but it wasn’t the best fit for my loved one’s needs.

"Affordable, Comfortable Care Needed"
We visited this place, but it just didn't feel right for us. The cost was too high for what we could afford then. It wasn't the vibe we were hoping for. But, the place did look nice and the staff seemed good. It would still be worth it for other families to consider this place for their loved ones.

"We are very happy with this community"
This place is really lively and fun. My father-in-law thinks the food is okay. When we visited, the residents made him feel welcome, which helped him decide to live here. The community is clean and well-maintained. The staff are very helpful and checked in with us after our tour. I would recommend this place.

"Very Helpful Staff, but Too Far Away"
The lady I talked to during the tour was super helpful and kind. The place looked nice, but it was too far away and had multiple levels, which I didn't want my mom to deal with.

"Helping My Mom Move Closer to Me"
My mom is moving in next week, and the staff at Waterford have been incredibly helpful and kind. I really appreciate this because my mom has been in other places far away, and now she's moving closer to me. They've made this possible.

"Beautiful Community with Friendly Staff"
This place was beautiful! The person in charge was really nice and honest about other options. The staff we met were friendly. The cost was reasonable. Unfortunately, they didn't have a memory care unit. The community looked clean during our tour

"Dismal Kitchen Service in Assisted Living Facility"
The meals here are consistently subpar. My parents depend on grilled cheese sandwiches that are just two pieces of toast with a slice of cheese tossed on it! The kitchen crew are youngsters who lack cooking experience. The kitchen often runs out of food. If you aren't in the dining room by 4pm, the main meal is usually gone by 5pm. Nobody pays any attention to complaints or suggestions.

"Nice Place, But Not Perfect Fit"
I visited this place while searching for care for a family member. The building was clean, and the staff I met were friendly and seemed to know what they were doing. However, it didn't seem like the best fit for what my loved one needed right now. It's still worth checking out!

"Overall Pleasant Care Facility"
They make sure everyone looks nice, and the staff is super friendly and organized. But my mother-in-law says she waits a long time for activities and meals. She thinks it's because they're short-staffed, but I'm not sure.

"They're trying hard."
They're working hard. The place looks clean, and the staff is friendly. It seems like a good deal you pay a set amount, and there are extra charges for services. Visitors say the food looks great.

"Waterford: A Caring and Clean Home for Elderly Parent"
Waterford is a wonderful place. Our loved one is finding it a little hard to adjust to all the changes, but we believe he will soon enjoy his new home. We've found Waterford to be clean, with lots of activities, and the staff is caring and skilled. We would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place for an elderly parent.

"Our Overall Experience Has Been Quite Positive"
The beautiful and spotless facility, along with the endlessly kind and caring staff, eased our mother's transition from home to community living. However, occasional staff-to-staff communication issues need improvement. We still appreciate the excellent care our mom receives at Waterford and will continue to recommend it to others

"Great Staff and Comfortable Living, Highly Recommend!"
We’ve been very happy with this place; the staff is excellent! From what I’ve seen, their prices are similar to other facilities. They worked with us quickly and got us set up even over a holiday weekend. The private rooms are almost like apartments. The food is really good, and my wife enjoys eating there. If she’s not feeling up to going to the dining area, they even bring the food to her room. They are very accommodating.

"Food Service Change Affects Residents, But Community is Great"
It looks like they recently changed their food service provider, and now the residents are unhappy with the food. Even those who have lived here for three years without any complaints are now speaking up. The food seems to lack the variety and types that the residents want or were used to. Besides the food issue, everything else is great. The community is excellent. A Place for Mom suggested Waterford along with four other places to check out, but after visiting, Waterford seemed to be the best choice for our loved one.

"Beautiful, Friendly Assisted Living with Great Amenities"
Pros: The place looks like a beautiful hotel. The staff is very warm and friendly. They know all the residents by name. The common spaces are super clean and have lots of activities. The dining area is like a restaurant with a menu and a special of the day. The apartments have spacious walk-in showers and three emergency pull cords. My mom would fit well in a smaller apartment with Level 1 care. Everything is included except for the phone. It's private pay. Con: Not approved for Medicaid.

"Great Director, Lovely Place, Highly Recommend!"
This place is really, really nice. The director was awesome. They took a lot of time to show me around, explain everything, and answer all my questions. I would definitely suggest this place to anyone.
