"Great staff and activities, but wifi could be better"
I live at The Winfield at Richmond Heights, and overall, my experience has been quite good. The food is okay, and the staff is really great. They have a lot of fun activities here. My only problem has been with the wifi, which hasn’t worked well for me. But still, I would suggest The Winfield at Richmond Heights to others.

"Assisted Living: Mixed Experience with Recent Changes"
The assisted living place is generally nice, clean, and the staff are friendly. My parents live there, and I'm happy with the nursing team. However, there have been recent changes that concern me. We were promised a daily fish option in our dietary plan, but that has changed. Additionally, the dining time choice we were told about has been replaced with a mandatory 4:30 slot.

"Spotlight on Inadequate Care and Utter Neglect at Assisted Living Facility"
This place seems friendly when you first visit. They really spoil you and make so many promises. But once your family member moves in, everything changes and they stop keeping in touch. Trying to reach them via phone call is practically impossible! Their call buttons are useless. The nurses and other staff spend most of their time in the hallways, on their phones. No one takes responsibility for what they do or don't do for the residents. This place needs to either be closed or inspected by the state! The staff clearly needs more training. They just don't seem to care about the residents, which is a sad sight. The person in charge also appears to be indifferent. My heart aches for these residents. The only ones who look fine are those who can take care of themselves. I've seen so many residents left on the floor crying for help in the hallways or their rooms. It's just terrible. Do your family members a favor and avoid this place! I wish we had. :(

My family member enjoys the food, and we chose this community because it's close to our home. The staff is friendly and interactive, exceeding our expectations. Highly recommended!
