"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Care and Hygiene Standards"
The place might seem nice at first, but it's not good for the people who live there. They don't have enough staff to take care of everyone properly. This is a big problem everywhere, but at the Woodlands, it's really bad. In the time our family member has been there, there have been times when they've fallen and had to wait on the floor for help for more than thirty minutes. When we tried to let the staff know using the Grandpad, they just told us they have too many people to take care of. When I've visited, I've seen his room messy and the bathroom floor all wet. He hasn't even had a shower for ten days, even though I've asked them to do it. And they keep raising the fees! Don't be fooled by how nice it looks.

"Great activities, caring staff, recommend to others."
They offer many activities, and we chose this community because it's close to our family. The housekeeping is excellent, and the aides are kind to my loved one. We're very happy. They provide three meals a day and an evening snack. I'd recommend it to other families.

"Unremarkable Facility Tour Disappoints Expectations"
The tour was okay, but nothing really stood out about this place.

"Affordable but lacks medication oversight and COVID communication."
We picked The Woodlands because it's cheap. Rooms are decent. Food's not exciting, but Mom says it's because of her diet. The best thing is the price. But, I asked about Mom's meds and they forgot her thyroid one. They didn't even tell me they stopped it, which freaked me out. Watch your family closely here. When COVID hit the place, they didn't tell me.

"Well-maintained Assisted Living Facility with Friendly, Long-Term Staff"
Clean, bright, and comfy place. The building is 19 years old. Staff sticks around a lot. The staff showed us around; everyone's nice and chatty.

"Lacking Activities and Unsure Staff - Not Ideal for Elderly"
We visited this place, and it was okay. But there weren't many fun things going on, and the staff was just okay. The tour was alright, but we didn't think it was the best place for my father-in-law.

"Disappointing Assisted Living Tour Experience"
The place looked old during the tour. The lady showing us around couldn't answer our money questions. She seemed clueless. I didn't like her at first. I couldn't compare this place and didn't want to wait for info.

"Nice place, but care level not enough"
I liked this place, but they couldn't give her the care she needed. She's now in a nursing home. Overall, it's a nice place with kind people. The community looks good and is very clean. The staff is great and very friendly. The only problem was they wouldn't bring her breakfast to her room when she couldn't go down. I wouldn't mind living here when I'm older. I would recommend it; it's a good place.
