"Poor nursing and maintenance at this assisted living facility"
I would advise against this place because of the nurses. They gave my family member a new medicine they'd never had, and I'm not sure why. I think this made my family member's health suffer. The call button in their room wasn't working and we weren't aware. The place fixed it as soon as we told them. Further, the TV in my family member's room had problems, but it wasn't fixed while they stayed here.

"Mixed Experience at The Woodlands of Hamilton Assisted Living"
The Woodlands of Hamilton is a nice place with friendly residents and staff. Our loved one enjoys the meals and service. However, more diverse activities are needed; current options are repetitive, making it monotonous.

"Dad's Own Room in Memory Care Makes Us Happy"
Memory care unit is really nice. We like that Dad has his own room.

"Disappointing Care, Decent Rooms"
I wouldn’t choose to return there. The whole thing wasn’t great. They messed up the blood tests. When they took his blood, it wasn’t done right, and he ended up with lots of bruises. The meals weren’t tasty at all. But, the rooms were a nice size.
