"Top-Notch Care for Loved Ones"
They really look after my wife, and if any issues arise, they handle them. The staff is friendly and caring. Overall, the best choice.

"Positive feedback: Smaller, intimate community makes Mom happy; recommend to others."
It's been mostly good with a few bumps, but my mom's happy. I'd suggest it to others. We chose this place because it's smaller and feels cozy.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
This place looks nice, but the boss doesn't do much. They talk a lot but don't follow up. Not friendly. Nurses are great, but they need more help.

"Mixed Feelings on The Winfield Assisted Living: Roomy but Staff Changes"
We chose The Winfield because I liked the memory care unit and the facility's convenience. They offer spacious private rooms. However, management changes in January led to staff turnover across departments. I believe things will stabilize over time. I would recommend it to others.

"Friendly Staff, But Watch the Finances"
The place was clean, and the staff, including maintenance, were friendly. However, we had a problem because the doctor had left without us knowing. They also mentioned financial troubles. Despite that, they took good care of my mom. I'd recommend it if they sort out the money issues.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Safety"
I think they've done a good job with safety during Covid. But I'm worried about staff changes and front desk security. Sometimes the door is unlocked when no one's there.

"Staff Caring, But More Needed for Memory Care"
The staff is friendly, works hard, and truly cares about residents. However, more staff and activities are needed for memory care residents. Adding structure to daily activities could improve stimulation and reduce behaviors.

"Mixed Experience with The Woodlands Assisted Living"
My dad lives at The Woodlands. Staff changes a lot, from cooks to nurses to office workers and even the bosses. Whenever he gets used to someone, they leave. For food, he's asked for yams, lima beans, or butter beans sometimes, but they never serve them. He enjoys most of the music activities. And thanks for the cookouts sometimes!

"More Dining Options Needed"
The community is great, but it would be even better with more dining room choices for residents.

"Poor Communication and Limited Care at This Assisted Living Facility"
Stay away from this place if you want a supportive team for your loved one's care. The managers here only do the minimum they're obliged to and hardly ever go beyond that to help the residents or their families. Don't expect to get a callback within a day or two here, that's not how they operate. If you like to see happy faces or get welcomed warmly, this place isn't for you. Leaving voice messages is impossible because you'll have to depend on the receptionist to pass on your concerns. I've dealt with four other homes in the last ten years, and this place's lack of communication has left me aggravated.

"Positive feedback on The Woodlands of Middletown's cleanliness and atmosphere."
The Woodlands in Middletown is clean and well-maintained. The staff and residents were friendly and happy. The studio apartment was small, but we're considering them. Recently, my mother signed a lease for a one-bedroom.
