"Great staff, tasty meals, clean, and a helpful Director"
The staff here is really good with the residents, and the meals are tasty. The place is clean, and the Director is excellent. My dad is in memory care, so sometimes things get lost or misplaced, but overall, I would recommend it.

"Mixed Feelings in Assisted Living"
I recommend it, but the food could be more varied. OveRall, it’s positive. Some residents feel trapped, but it’s not the community’s fault.

"Outdated Assisted Living Facility"
The man I spoke to during the Vitalia tour was friendly, not pushy. However, the facility seemed outdated.

"Underwhelming Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
This place isn't what they promised me, especially when I was first sold on the place. Whenever I have a question, no one can give me a clear answer. They only have a few activities, and that's disappointing. Also, it takes forever to get a meal in the dining room. The health care workers seem annoyed when you need something. The majority of them are from an agency, and every time I ask them something, their typical response is "I don't know, I'm agency". The wellness director isn't nice at all, and the memory care section is even worse. I wouldn't suggest anyone send their loved one here; in fact, I'm trying to move my family member out.

"Needs More Staff for Better Care"
I believe the place doesn’t have enough workers. Because of this, I think my family member didn’t receive the care and attention they deserved, especially considering how much we were paying.

"Great Fit with Room for Improvement"
We picked Vitalia Senior Residences because it felt like the best fit among the places I visited. The staff were good, the administrator was nice, and the layout was pleasant. It’s like one big family here. The common areas are super clean, but they need to stay on top of room cleaning. They’re short-staffed like everyone else. Overall, I’d recommend them—they’ll be great once they’re fully staffed.

"Vitalia: Upscale, but Not Quite Like Home"
Vitalia seemed fancy, but not cozy like home. Pricey extras.”

"Pretty Facility, Poor Service: Mom's Safety and Bill Errors Unresolved"
This place sure looks nice, but that's about it. The staff doesn't always answer the call buttons, so my mom's safety could be in danger. It's been a total letdown. We've tried talking to the boss, but things haven't gotten better. Plus, the bills have had lots of mistakes and they're still not sorted out. I doubt even a money expert could make heads or tails of them. I wish we had picked a different place.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
This place looks good and new. The person we talked to was nice. But they seemed unsure about their rules, ways, and what they can do. Also, it didn't feel as friendly as other places we checked.
