"Badly Managed Facility with Mistakes and Ignored Medical Instructions"
The management at this place is really bad. They don't have enough staff and they've messed up our medication twice. They've also ignored doctor's instructions more times than I can remember. Instead of tackling these issues, the management just deceives and disregards us.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Community"
We had a nice tour of this place. Everything went well. The staff was friendly and answered our questions. The community looked clean and well-kept. Overall, it was a good experience, but unfortunately not the right fit for my brother.

"Fantastic Facility with Great Services and Happy Residents!"
The marketing person did an amazing job showing us around and explaining everything. Everyone at the facility is very professional, helpful, and friendly. It’s very nice and clean. My mother has multiple food choices, not just one! They have three dining areas. They also celebrate residents' birthdays once a month. They bring in different doctors so residents don’t have to go out for appointments. The facility has a bank, a free laundry room, a beauty shop, a money mate, a small gift shop, a physical therapy area, exercise programs, a beautiful courtyard for picnics, a woodworking shop, an arts and crafts room, a huge library, and a small health clinic. It’s like a little city inside! But the best part is that my mother is happy there!

"Great All-Inclusive Assisted Living Facility"
This place has it all: independent living, villa living, and Alzheimer’s care. Once you buy in, you’re set for life. It’s reasonably priced and has scheduled meals.
