"Unsafe Facility: Unsupervised and Unlocked Door Issue Noted"
In my opinion, this place doesn't seem safe for our family members. One of the doors consistently stays unlocked. They promised that a staff member would always be at the front desk to monitor all entrances and exits. But, this wasn't true as I saw that one door was unlocked and there was nobody at the front desk keeping an eye on things. This really upset me. Take it how you want.

"Terrible Care at Facility, Great Therapy Department"
This place has terrible care. They make you wait a half an hour just to go to the bathroom, which is totally not okay. Also, the workers who are supposed to help with baths keep trying to make somebody else do it, which leads to missing the scheduled bath. They won't even change the sheets. I've had to take the sheets off the bed myself a few times just so they'd be forced to put on clean ones. My family member pushed the call button for help to go to the bathroom, but when they finally showed up, they said 'you're wearing a pullup, so just go in your pants.' My family member knows when they need to go to the bathroom and they should be helped when they press their button. They're not supposed to be left alone in the bathroom, but they were. There's more wrong with it, but I'll stop there for now. We definitely won't be going back. The only good part was the physical and occupational therapy department. They were super nice and they did a great job. Thanks for being kind.

"Mixed Review: Good Therapy and Dining, Poor Management and Technology"
Several years ago, this used to be the ideal place for your family members to get better. Now, I see problems like bad management, lazy employees, low-quality care, and faulty equipment such as the emergency call buttons that no one seems to bother checking the batteries for, and the really bad WiFi, to mention a few. They often took a good half an hour to respond when my family member used the emergency button. The physical therapy is fantastic! Yet, the occupational therapy wasn't as satisfying due to one therapist who was always chatting and lacked enthusiasm. The nurses typically have no clue how to answer any questions and one was even terrifying to my relative. The dining service was a delight though, friendly faces that were a relief to see.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short of Expectations"
The Westover seemed kinda old, but had cool stuff. They had a pool and activities, but not much for my dad. It was nice and so were the folks, just not our style.
