Woodside Senior Living

"Friendly staff and lots of fun activities"
They are super friendly and outgoing. Even the cleaning staff knows the residents' names. The community has great lighting and there's always something happening for the residents. The place is very clean, and the apartment is nice with plenty of room. They have activities like sing-alongs, games, cards, and more for the residents to have fun. They really encourage residents to leave their rooms and join in the activities.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living"
Everything’s pretty good, except the admin team doesn’t call back after messages. The food looks nice, but activities are limited due to memory care.

"Pleasant tour, but community had unpleasant odor."
The tour was okay, but the place smelled bad.

"Community Tour Fell Short"
We visited this community, but it didn't stand out. The tour was brief, and I didn't connect with the community.

"Unsatisfied with Facility, Wouldn't Recommend"
This place didn't meet my expectations. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

""Understaffed Facility with Poor Meals, Broken Promises, but Decent Social Worker""
My meds were never on time because there wasn't enough staff. The social worker was solid though. They kept promising they'd drive us to our medical appointments, but would cancel the same day, making us wait for a new appointment for months. The food was bad. Who serves corn dogs and soda for breakfast?

"Assisted Living Review"
This place tried hard to help but couldn't. Food okay. Rooms okay. Dad needed more care. Staff friendly.

"Subpar Accommodation With Mixed Staff Performance"
Don't even think about living in this place. It's almost impossible to get proper health care here. The staff doesn't meet the mark. They aren't friendly or helpful like they should be. It feels like the staff just can't be bothered to do their jobs. No one takes responsibility for anything. They just point fingers at each other when things go south. Yeah, the food's alright. But, contacting the management? Forget about it. The social worker, though, is really great. The front desk employees are pretty awesome too. The maintenance team is solid. But the rooms? They don't keep those clean.

"Appointment Mishap Leads to Informative Tour of Assisted Living Facility"
We had our first visit planned, but no one came, and the receptionist seemed surprised about our appointment. Despite the mix-up, the receptionist kindly guided us around the place, though she couldn't discuss prices or availability. We chatted with a few residents who seemed content.

"Assisted Living Success for Elderly Parent"
Woodside has been perfect for my 92-year-old dad. He's settling in well and meeting new friends.

"Woodside Assisted Living Review: Room for Improvement"
Woodside's location is nice, with different kinds of homes. It's great that everything's on the same floor, which makes it simple for folks living there to move around. However, there are a couple of things they could do better: - Teach care helpers better. - Add more types of activities, like exercises, and let residents know about them more.

"Woodside: A Respectable Facility with Room for Improvement"
Woodside is an okay place, but it looks kinda old compared to others. It needs fixing up, especially on the outside. The staff is mostly good, but sometimes the front desk folks aren't very helpful when you need them. Still, most of the workers are friendly and ready to help.

"Spacious and Convenient Senior Living with Some Staffing Concerns"
Woodside Senior Living is a really nice place. The one-bedroom apartments for residents are big with plenty of closet space. The studios are smaller but cost less each month. Once you can get Medicaid, it only pays for a studio. But they can help you get into the PACE program faster than Medicaid. PACE pays for a studio or half of a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment shared by two people. The kitchen for sharing was big and had a stove that you can unplug for safety. The shared living room was also very big. I liked that the place is all one level, but a lot of apartments had a screened patio. It looked like a very busy place. I don't know the ratio of patients to staff, but it seemed like a lot of people needed help to get to and from the dining room. I'm not sure if there are enough staff to help them during meals.
