"Caring Staff and Great Value in Assisted Living Facility"
We think the staff members are very honest and clear. They make sure everything is done right in a nice way. They did extra work to set up the rooms and arrange hospice for our loved one. When we ask for help, someone comes right away. They never forget anything, so we like how fast they are. The activities are really enjoyable, and we think they are a good deal. The staff are kind and caring.

"Assisted Living Facility Needs Improvement in Staff Engagement"
The workers aren't motivating my family member to join in the activities with others. Because of this, my family member hasn't been able to make friends. Also, because of health problems, my family member struggles to remember how to ask for help from the workers, and then they let my family member sit around a lot. However, when my family has questions or worries, the workers do a good job communicating with us.

"Dad’s New Home: Ashbrook Assisted Living"
Dad moved to the village because he couldn’t take care of himself at home anymore. At first, he didn’t like it and complained a lot. But as his health got better with medication, good sleep, and better eating, he started to like his “new home” and joined in the activities. Now he says Ashbrook is home and he helps and encourages the staff and other residents. He always praises the staff, especially the head of administration, lead nurse, and med distributors. He says they work really hard and have too much to do! Thanks to all the staff for taking care of Dad! Ashbrook is definitely a place I would recommend for an aging loved one. Thank you!

"Mixed Feelings, Overall Satisfied"
The people who work here are really nice, and they take good care of my loved one. Sometimes it takes a while for them to come when she needs help, which bothers her. But she's mostly happy with how they take care of her. She says the food is always good, except for hotdog day which she doesn't like. Because of Covid, she hasn't been able to go out much, but she likes playing bingo. The place is clean and quiet, and the security is good. I think it's a good place and would tell others to consider it.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Stay"
My family member got to do more fun stuff they liked. But they had a fall at Ashbrook Village. They had to go to the hospital because of it. We got billed for two whole months, even when my family member wasn’t there the whole time. The food was pretty good at Ashbrook Village, and the helpers were nice.
