"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"
I visited this place, and it was okay. The person showing us around was nice. But honestly, it felt more like a nursing home than an Assisted Living facility.

"Brookdale Broken Arrow: Welcoming and Active Memory Care Facility"
I really liked Brookdale Broken Arrow. The memory care unit was well-staffed and beautifully decorated. They had more activities than other places I visited. Unfortunately, it wasn’t affordable for us, and they didn’t have availability.

"Great Activities, Not Our Fit"
We visited this place in person with our family. It didn't quite match what we were looking for, but we liked seeing all the stuff they had to do there.

"Caring Staff and Priceless Value"
We immediately noticed how the staff was kind, friendly, gentle, patient, and observant toward our loved one. The community's value felt priceless to us.

"Great staff and clean facility, though cost is high"
We’ve had a really good experience with the staff and other residents. My loved one seems quite happy there. In my experience, nobody is completely happy in these places, because even the happiest residents often want to go home. The facility is very clean, with no bad smells like you might find elsewhere. I’ve tried the food at special events, and it was really good. They keep the residents pretty active. The cost is high, but that seems to be true everywhere.

"Rooms Lack Light, but Tour Was Pleasant"
The tour was okay. The rooms are small and only have one window, so they're kind of dark.

"Mom is safe, well-cared for, and happy at Brookdale."
Making the decision was tough, but we’re glad we did. Mom, who is 94, was living alone and her memory was getting worse. She started forgetting things like eating, paying bills, and cleaning. She refused help from us, so my sister and I decided it was best to move her into Memory Care at Brookdale Broken Arrow. After adjusting to her new life, she’s doing much better. She gets three meals a day, help with dressing and bathing, and enjoys fun activities. We’re now confident she is safe and well cared for. Thanks to everyone at Brookdale Broken Arrow.
