"Outdated Buzz-In System"
The only problem is their old visitor 'buzz in' system. Otherwise, I'd suggest it to others. We chose this place because it's convenient and the staff is friendly.

"Brookdale Assisted Living: Overrated and Underperforming"
Brookdale Assisted Living isn't what it seems. Their website and brochures could deceive you with good looking pictures and high ratings. However, those ratings are shared by all Brookdale facilities, not just this one. So, don't be fooled. They don't live up to their promises. Make sure you view all rooms, not just the ones they've promised to make smell nicer or clean better. Speak to the residents and their family to understand better. They don't clean rooms weekly, check on residents every 2 hours or change hygiene tools. No one cleans mess from toilets, showers, and garbage cans, causing discomfort for residents. They're understaffed and thus unable to care for all of 28 residents per 2 employees, making it hard on everyone involved. They rush residents to meals, rush them while eating, and don't assist those who need help during meal times. At the end of the month, they add unnecessary charges onto the bill. Please, be very careful and spend as much time as you can with your loved ones here. Lastly, please consider installing a nanny cam. Brookdale, you should be ashamed. It truly is too good to be true and we will be removing our loved ones from this place.

"Brookdale Chickasha: Broken Promises and Poor Hygiene"
Brookdale in Chickasha is a terrible place, it's the worst I've ever seen. They don't check on you every two hours like we're paying them to do. They just leave you sitting in your own pee. And it took them three whole weeks to clean the room! The carpet is super gross. They also leave wet pads on the chair and bed. This place is nothing but fake promises. That's it!

"Great Experience with Clean and Friendly Staff"
We are happy with it. They are clean and friendly. I don't have any complaints; they are doing a good job. I can't think of anything that needs to be improved. It seems to be working out well.
