"Caring Assisted Living Provides Peace of Mind for Families"
My loved one has gained weight and eats well now. [Name removed] was really caring, checking on her and praying with her. They helped her feel safe from dementia paranoia. All the staff know her and give her hugs, like they do with other memory care patients. They always call me about any incidents. Exercise classes were great, but I wish her bathroom was cleaner.

"Great assisted living choice!"
We picked Brookdale Claremore because they had the most open spots and seemed the cleanest and friendliest. Plus, she already knew a few people here. What really stands out to us is how friendly and positive the staff are. I would suggest this place to anyone who is looking.

"Mixed Experience: Assisted Living Facility Review"
The place seems nice, but there are problems with how things are run. They once got our medicine order wrong, costing us money. Most of the workers are good, but sometimes they don't do what we ask, like getting Tylenol quickly. Cleaning the houses isn't great either, below what we expected. They don't make the beds, and sometimes they lose our laundry.

"Good location, decent apartments, food varies"
We chose The Springs of Scottsdale because it's in a convenient location. The apartment sizes are good for his needs. He said the food is really good during the week but bad on weekends. It's cold and not as good. I suggest the staff park farther from the building because some residents have trouble parking close to their units. Overall, I would recommend it to others.

"Caring Staff and Great Communication"
I think the staff, especially the administrator and head nurse, have been really good at answering questions and phone calls. They've communicated well with us. They've done a great job during this tough year with Covid. I feel like they really care about the patients, even more than they have to.

"Convenient and Caring Assisted Living Facility"
The Brookdale Claremore is a really nice place. We picked it because it's near my mom's house, so she can visit my dad easily. We believed he would be happy there, and it's a really nice place to stay. We appreciate how honest the staff are, and the care is good. I can call anytime to talk to him, and they keep me well informed. Plus, the cost is reasonable compared to other places.

This community is lovely, and the staff gave us a thorough tour, patiently answering all our questions. Their assisted living offers excellent care. While my dad is still independent, I recommend taking the tour.

My mom is doing great at this place. She gets good care. The community looks nice all the time. The staff is friendly and helpful. Mom enjoys the activities and likes the food. I think this is a great place to recommend.
