"Mixed Feelings About Food Waste and Costly Meals in Assisted Living"
There is a lot of food waste. My uncle can only eat soup or soft things. He should be able to skip some meals. He mainly benefits from breakfast, but they bring meals that end up in the trash. I recommend Brookdale. I especially like the nurse. He's great with the residents. and are very friendly too. The only downside is the cost. I'm worried my uncle will use up all his savings and have to move again.

"Struggles with Billing and Administration, But Satisfactory Care"
We picked Brookedale Enid mostly because it's close by. But the people who run it aren't doing well. They can't handle basic stuff like billing. It took them half a year to give me my discount from work. My mom seems okay with living here, and the care seems fine. I haven't visited, so it's tough to say for sure.

"Mom Thriving in Safe, Friendly Assisted Living Community"
My mom needed time to get used to it, leaving home isn't easy. Now she's been there about six weeks and she's really happy. She likes her small apartment a lot and says it feels like home. When she moved in, it was newly painted and had new carpet. She's joining in activities and knows she can't live alone anymore. Brookdale's place is smaller, which makes it feel cozy and like home. The staff is always nice and understanding. Only staff can get in with codes, which sometimes means you have to wait for someone to let you in or out, but it keeps everyone safe. I'm so glad Mom is happy at Brookdale, so I am too.

"Great Place!"
My mom moved here recently, and things are going well. The staff takes great care of her and is always polite when I visit. The meals are excellent, and she’s making friends. We’re really happy with this place and recommend it.

"Helpful Staff and Activities!"
I recently toured this community for my sister, and I have no complaints about how it went. I was pleased with the presentation the staff prepared for us and thought they did a great job providing us with lots of helpful information. They have a nice selection of activities and meal plans for the residents throughout the week. In the end, it just wasn't the right location for us.

"My visit"
During our visit, the community seemed fantastic. The staff were friendly, and they offered nice amenities. However, our loved one didn’t require all their services.

"Friendly Staff but Lacking in Medical Care"
The Brookdale did not have the right care for my husband. Everyone was very friendly, but I never got to meet the doctor who was supposed to be there. It wasn't a good fit, so we chose another place.

"Solid Assisted Living Community with Room for Food Improvements"
My brother is doing really well since he moved to this place. It's a nice community, and I'm happy with everything they offer us. The place is well-kept, and he hasn't had any issues with how clean it is. The staff is really good. He really likes the activities director because she's great at her job. His only complaint has been about the food. He wishes there were more choices. Overall, it's been a good experience, and I would recommend this community.

"Great care, friendly staff, and clean community at Brookdale!"
Brookdale Enid has been excellent. Their staff member, came between 7-10 pm to help with paperwork. All the staff are friendly, and there’s great communication. My parents enjoy the activities and like the bands that come in once a month. They also really like the food. The community is well-kept and very clean.

"Confidence in Care: Great Start at New Assisted Living"
My mom just moved into this place last week. So, my rating is based on how things went when she moved in, met the staff, and started getting help. There were a few small fixes needed in her apartment, but the maintenance people came right away to fix them! The staff were really professional. When we left, we felt sure that Mom would be well taken care of! I'm her daughter and I live out of state. I sent an email to check on her, and the director replied really quickly and said I could email anytime.

"Feeling Confident in This Senior Living Solution"
My mom just moved into this facility last week. Our rating is based on her move-in experience, meeting the staff, and initial care. There were some minor repairs needed in her apartment, but maintenance fixed them right away! The staff was very professional, and we left feeling confident that Mom would be well taken care of. As her out-of-state daughter, I've emailed to check on her, and the director responded promptly, welcoming regular correspondence.

"Friendly Staff, Some Access Issues: Assisted Living Review"
The people who work here are really nice and always ready to help! They try to learn what the residents like and don't like to make sure they feel comfortable. The lady who helped us sign up, Renee, was super nice and helpful. When the boss, Madeline, is here, she's happy to answer questions or help with problems, and she fixes things quickly. One time, Mom's call button in her room stopped working, and the person we told forgot to tell anyone. When Madeline found out, she said she'd fix it right away and talk to the person who forgot. The only thing I don't like is that it's sometimes hard to get into or out of the place because you have to wait for a staff member to let you in. Sometimes they're right at the front desk, but other times you might have to wait a few minutes.

"Very nice community, friendly staff"
The staff here are super friendly and always ready to help! They listen to residents’ preferences to make things more comfortable. Renee, our sales girl, was really nice and helpful. Madeline, the manager, is quick to address any concerns. We had a call button issue in Mom’s room, but Madeline fixed it right away and talked to the forgetful employee.
